LEBANON, Mo. — Information released Monday regarding a missing person who could be in the Joplin area. Sydney Whitmire, 24, is listed as missing by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Lebanon, Mo. Police Dept.

“Sydney was last heard from around July 15, 2023. She was last known to be in the Pittsburg, Kan. area, with ties to the state of Washington.”

The Missouri State Highway Patrol share information as she is listed as a missing person in the state, “Sydney was last known to be in Pittsburg, Kan. and could be en route to Washington State. She has a heart tattoo near her right eye and maybe with Terrance Ragsdale or Donovan Whitworth.”

The first photo looks to be a driver's license - the second looks more like a booking photo so I did a search of court records after seeing this news report of an arrest for possession and assault. Monthly Arrests – Barton County Sheriff Department

In looking at state records - most of the infractions are vehicular -serious enough to warrant 2 years probation on one of them and there is a resisting arrest and a peace disturbance one in there as well.
