Witness recently lost his parents and a job. He is uninjured physically, but what a strange experience. He was at Excel for a job interview when the shooting occurred.

He posted about the breakup on FB, said he cut the dead weight and had to move his stuff.

If he is calling his girlfriend (and kids?!) "dead weight," then I'm guessing the trigger that caused him to get guns and shoot people didn't have to do with jealousy about her?!

What triggered him to such overkill - literally, overkill.???

SWAT is at the home, one armored vehicle, but LE has not entered the house yet. Neighbors evacuated. Neighbor says suspect was good father to his kids.

Geeze Louise---if the roommate's in possession of some 'weed'/other illegal substance, or just sensitive about his own stuff-- now would be the time to just surrender ; don't you think ????
Not to mention Ford had rented the house as a single occupant !

Man saw shooter shoot someone in Excel parking lot and then enter the building. Witness immediately called 911. That's probably why LE arrived so quickly - someone called as he entered the building.

Reporter says he thinks officers are going in the house now. (Feed just cut again.)

parole doesn't allow felons to have guns..........
