WTF there were animals left in the house after the fire and no one was allowed in to feed them? What happened to them if there were pets in there?

Attorney's unprepared, excusing a witness because the just discovered misplaced evidence. Then to turn around and call him back. wth

It is sort of entertaining when the defense whispers to each other with their microphones open......but the paper rustling trying to find the next question is strange to say the least.

These two defense lawyers have pretty good records....maybe just luck? Cause they are not showing any brillance in this trial!

This is really Keystone Kops-ish, or Laurel and Hardy Play Attorneys. Wish I had better things to say about them but their disorganization in court is rather astounding.

I don't understand why anyone who needs help remembering points and/or questions doesn't write it down and check it off as he hits the points. Never mind the bumping into things that haven't moved since day 1 of the trial. like tables and mics. And now a witness walking off with an exhibit? How does that happen?

One of the neighbors of the Seacats was interviewed by Rowlands just now on HLN. He says he just doesn't see any evidence of Seacat's guilt. Says that Vashti was a nice lady who loved to bake and gave them baked goods, good mother to children. He can't imagine either her killing herself or Seacat killing his wife scenario.

So if he's been watching the same trial as we have.. then wow.

I heard on HLN that he had a common law situation prior to his marriage but for some reason that lady is now suing for divorce.

I did hear of another wife (I believe stated as common law????) last night on DD. I drifted off and didn't hear any of the particulars.

Military wears them

Guessing they are part of his work uniform but who knows with this case :scared:
