I'm not buying his story. He's subtly trashed her as a mother this morning. He said she would say good night to the boys, not kiss them and just leave. But he would read them a story and stay with them and even lay down with them until they fell asleep.

Yeah right.

Along with his MANY other faults, Mr. Seacat is ANAL.

"They would have been printed off when I was taking internet classes... I believe I remember taking it in the fall of 2007"

referring to robbery papers..

He saved old printed documents for scratch paper..

He kept it at the house in a file tray sitting in office shelf...

Again.. WHAT DOES THIS MATTER.?

Handwritten note on back of paper...

Apparently it is about robbery????

What the heck???

Dunno but I used to get child support cheques that said "extortion money" in the memo area. :banghead:

I wonder exactly what that power point was about? Cause I can see this guy making a power point presentation and making his wife watch it about finances. I am getting a "control freak" vibe from this testimony......I sure wish I could see his face!

Cross can't come soon enough in this case...

Hopefully this afternoon!!!

He's a Saint! Does the Pope know about B.S.?

Oh yes. BS turned down the Pope position and appointed him instead.....BS was just too busy budgeting......

Frugal guy uses his old printed out school power points sheets of paper for scratch paper!

He remembers what scratch paper he used?

"we discussed what the next steps were going to be. If we were going to be together for 3 6 mo then we need to cooperate and work together better than we were..."
We made a plan to work together... on paper.. "

" Little boys came downstairs and interrupted. "

Hmm wonder what was waking the kids up?

Must have been their calm and cooperative conversation about finances and divorce.

AND the defense lawyer says......badly phrased question....let me rephrase that one!

  • #994
Oh dear. Mr. Seacat has some fog.

"Poorly asked question"

If I had a nickle every time the defense attorney said this..

I would be so rich, I would fly us all to Hawaii first class.

He scooped them up. He's a hero, does all the work with the kids..just ask him.

I think this was an attempt to get her to drop the divorce because it wasn't financially good to either of them. Wrote out an proposed budget to show her and say "See? This doesn't make any sense".

  • #998
He wrote "no illusions" on the paper?

I wonder if the jury will need a puke break!!
