He throws in that he is a football player so will go with yards.

He turned to look at the ceiling and heard the first pop.. First bang first pop..

I took off running for the stairs..

I ran up the stairs.

Im a football player so I will go with yards...

15 yards maybe.. He is kidding right???? 15 years is 45 feet...

I'm a football player. I'll go with yards. Guess he is trying to connect with all the male jurors.

He is so calm reliving this!! "Oops", bumped the mic.

It's just like JY's case and his explanation of cigars and the stairs and why he blocked the door open. It's just absurd. And WE know it.

  • #1,065
"I'm a football player"...when he's describing distance in his wife's murder? Wow. Those little added, self indulgent comments will be the end of him.

BS remembers that he had been bent over trying to see through the window and was formulating the next question..."where are you?". It was a thought only at that time.

He took a step or two towards the stairs and he can't remember if he had the phone to his ear. He was in the area where the living room meets the foyer.

Lawyer is showing state's exhibit #6, replica of the house.

Got to the area where there is a play table and he heard a creaking noise.
The noise was coming from the ceiling below their bedroom.
At the same time as the noise he hard some popping sounds and he took off running towards the stairs.

He ran up the stairs.
15 yards maybe.

When he got to the top and turned the corner of the bannister he could see the master bedroom door.

BS observed fire at the base of the closed door. Saw a flame in front of the door and saw a flame on the right hand side of the door frame.

He is so fake; such a poser. I wonder how long it took Vashti and her family to figure that out....

  • #1,068
Well, Just turning this corner down the hallway.

You can see master bedroom door from the hallway.

He saw fire, at the base of the closed door, A flame in front of the door and the right hand side of the door frame..

CAlling BS again... If it was fully enveloped, He would not have been able to open it.. Especially if it was completely closed.

Umm...he actually uses the word umm...he's in front of their bedroom door.

He goes over to where she was laying flat on the bed.

  • #1,070
Then he saw vashti. LAying on her side of bed. More toward the middle but more on her side.
Laying flat on her back. Another BS..

If she shot herself in her neck??

There were flames between him and the bed..

Seacat: "It's what we on law enforcement call tunnel vision"

:puke:

  • #1,072
He is SO cold! No emotion.

  • #1,073
In my vision of her face, flames were in that vision.

I was looking at Vashti, but in that vision there were flames.

  • #1,074
You had to say it didn't you. :floorlaugh:

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh: I was thinking the same. Then that visual I thought I erased popped back into my head :scared::floorlaugh:

Apparently tunnel vision is a law enforcement word... ;)

When I came through the door I was looking down her body at her face, There were flames between vashti and I because in my vision of her face, flames were in that frame.

How is she laying on her back, If she shot herself in the neck?????

Another reason, I call CARP is because any parent would get his kids out first. FIRST. My kids would be first.

Seacat: "It's what we on law enforcement call tunnel vision"

:puke:

Easier to explain what LE calls it, then to have actually feeling/emotions. That was odd.

"I reached over with my left hand to Vashti's right hand side." A normal person would say.....It all happened so fast I am not sure what I did, but I remember trying to pick her up!

Tooooo much details....too many itty bitty details!

  • #1,079
If she was on her back, and he yanked her up how could she be doubled over at the waist??
