Officially (as per his LinkedIn and this link), he was the Network Program Director and Country Project Director & Development SOAC & UMO (a TBN project).

If you google "Danny York" TBN, he will be described as TBN Vice President, Assistant to Jan Crouch, Jan Crouch's bodyguard, network video engineer, and more. I couldn't yet figure out if he is the same Danny York who played Jesus Christ in a TBN play called "The Glory of the Resurrection".

My question still stands: Why haven't York or his attorney announced that the PI is working the case? And BTW, if that actually is the PI posting and not a spoofer I find her victim-blaming disgusting. MOO.

Just wondering if TBN is involved with hiring the lawyer. It would be very embarrassing if the guy who played Jesus in their production was guilty of being a pedeophile. MOO.

He played the role of Jesus in a couple of their productions. I mean, I'm not 100% certain it was him but how many guys by the name of Danny York are connected to TBN? So far as I can tell... one.

Jesus, VP, director of programming, assistant to Mama (aka Jan Crouch), etc. so forth and so on. Sadly, I don't think would embarrass the current powers that be at TBN since it doesn't appear any kind of salacious, hypocritical junk ever seems to embarrass them the way it should. And they've dealt with plenty of it, over the years.

I'm a Christian and it makes me sick inside to know what some folks do in the name of the faith I hold dear.

I wasted...er, spent some time earlier trying to figure out if "actor" Danny York is the same person as Daniel Paul York and I'm leaning towards yes. Just like the last time I tried to connect the two I found very little information on Danny York. But like you said, could there be two Danny/Daniel York's involved with TBN?

Also, I don't think it's a coincidence that York left TBN in 2016 - the year Jan Crouch died. Crouch died on May 31, 2016. York left TBN in June 2016 after over 29 years as their Network Program Director, among other jobs he did for Crouch as her personal assistant.

He continued to work for TBN as a volunteer in their SOAC and UMO programs until September 2016. I can't find any info on UMO. SOAC now only pops up as a children's TV show although prior Google searches listed it as a TBN Ministry to aid children in Haiti.

He was trying to get the children stable. Wait, what?! After losing custody for all of them (obviously because something happened, we all know what that could be), he‘s running off with one of the female children, hiding her in a closet of a basement bedroom (the room with the smaller size wedding dress hanging on the wall), semen and saliva on her underwear? Yep, very stable. I mean he‘s a very stable psychopath.

TBN had an excellent way to disassociate from DY given the time since he was last affiliated with the company. They could have easily thrown out the lines, "DY is no longer employed or associated with TBN." or "The allegations made against DY does not reflect the values of the network." Given they haven't (that I've seen) come out with at least a neutral, yet non-affiliated comment regarding DY, I won't be the least bit surprised to find out that TBN is putting a lot of money into numerous resources behind the scenes and publicly in an attempt (or enough money to make enough disappear and create enough doubt) to clear DY, all in the name of network damage control.

My aunt's brother-in-law was a preacher, whenever something happened us kiddies were dropped off at the preacher's house. Their TV stayed on the 700 Club and PTL. When the Jim Bakker scandal went down I remember him throwing the TV outside and stating they would never get another cent of his money. I also remember there being something coming up about how the money sent in by viewers had been or was being spent.

Which is what brings me to the question of how does TBN get the money to operate? I don't have access to the channel myself, but I'm sure a good percentage comes from cable/satellite subscriptions. Are they still persuading people to send (pledge) them money? Is there any form of advertising at all on the network?

Like you I really wish an investigative reporter would give all of this a thorough looking into.

Until an investigative reporter - or heck, any reporter chooses to buck the giant TBN empire and look into connections between TBN and York it's kind of out of the scope of the case but I will say this: TBN relies on getting many, many small donations from lower-income people; you know, people who really can't afford to send money to a multi-million dollar organization. If you Google TBN Scandals or Prosperity Gospel TBN you'll see more than you ever wanted to know about how they get money and where they spend it.

I'm not trying to bring down TBN (like I could) but IMO there is a definite connection between York meeting and wooing Rosselys and his work with TBN's Haitian ministry. For that reason I believe there should be an investigation into how exactly he met Rosselys. The alleged PI said some terrible things about her and her children in the comments from that article.

And because York's attorney hasn't announced that any PI is working the case IMO we need to be careful about whatever she said in those comments. Again, a good reporter should have followed up on it with both the attorney and the PI and I'm at a loss as to why that hasn't happened.

For now I can only surmise that TBN is too powerful to dig into and IMO that's a shame. MOO.

I suspected there would still be the same "pledging" like it was over 30 years ago. The question was a curious factor due to having recalled how extreme and desperate the tearful asking (begging) for pledges started shortly before the media announced the "falling" of Jim Bakker. It came off as get as much money as we can in before it's a national scandal. That just got me to pondering if perhaps there has been a similar push for money, especially considering compared to the Bakker nightmare, the media has paid this case no attention.

As for TBN itself, the fact the Crouch's son is the current president is enough for me to really question as to why Mama Jan's seemingly jack of all trades left so soon after her death.

I'm unable to find it at the moment, but I recall seeing somewhere that DY, Rosselys and the children were living in TBN owned property at some point.

I'm having some serious issues with the timing of everything starting at the point DY met Rosselys, all the way through, a relationship started, they moved to FL, DY left TBN, FL court papers filed, dissolved, Rosselys missing, DY moved the kids to KY, down to now.

A reporter definitely needs to get busy addressing those comments. Contacting Rosselys family in Dominican Republic shouldn't be too hard, at the least allow them to better respond to what has been posted about Rosselys and the children.

I also contacted Nancy Grace, Ashley Banfield, Crime Watch Daily and various true crime shows like Dateline, 48 Hours Mystery, True Crime with Aphrodite Jones, On the Case with Paula Zahn, you name them. The only ones that reacted were a local outlet, Jupiter News (mypalmbeachpost.com, they ran a few stories) and Paul Mueller from CBS (but he just tweeted about it).

My guess is the story will only be of interest to them if a body is found, but maybe it also helps if more of us contact them, so they know there's not just one crazy German who thinks this should be national US news?
