An autopsy from the state examiner’s office found there were no injuries and the cold weather was likely a contributing factor.

Bailey was born in Winchester but grew up in Richmond. Hampton said she recently returned to Clark County, where she lived in an apartment in her dad, David’s, home. She was employed at New Leaf Staffing.

The state medical examiner also ruled a death that occurred near the same location as Bailey’s an accident. But the Madison County Coroner’s office said the two cases were not connected.

Autopsies rule deaths as accidents
The pending toxicology reports for both Amanda Bailey and Sinclair Lamont Johnson were recently released to the Madison County Coroner, completing their autopsy reports.

In both cases in which autopsies were preformed, the state medical examiner found that there were no injuries and their deaths were both ruled as accidents. It was reported that cold weather was a contributing factor in each.

In speaking with The Register, Coroner Jimmy Cornelison stated that "these cases are completely unrelated and that no one did anyone harm in either."

"There are a lot of conspiracy theories that these are all related, and that is not the case," he added.
