#18-CR-01372-001 Keabler, Ronda - she was supposed to be sentenced on 8/20/19 already - but don't know "what" it is.

#18-CR-01372-003 Nichols, Nicholas - he just had a review hearing on 4/13.

and
#18-CR-01372-004 Ramsey, Roger - he had a review hearing on 12/16/19 - that's last I heard.

I know that
#18-CR-01372-002 Keabler, Virginia - has a review hearing on 9/8/20.

*Show Cause/Installment Payment Hearing (@ 9am ET) - KY - Baby (3 mos.) (Nov. 9, 2018, Bowling Green) - *Virginia Rae Keabler (20/now 21) & only for *Nicholas Jewell Nichols (22/now 23), (the parents of the child) and *Roger Dale Ramsey (59/now 60) & *Ronda Rae Keabler (50/now 51) (lived in the loft) were arrested & charged (11/9/18) & arraigned (1/1/19 & 1/28/19) with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Buy/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, & Criminal Abuse of a Child under the age of 12.

Charged with drug & criminal abuse charges after a report that a 3-month-old baby was being kept in a shed/loft. Loft did not have water & was being heated with gas & electric heaters. The citation says the baby was sleeping in a laundry hamper with a pillow. The sheriff's deputy also saw three meth pipes. Baby was taken into protective custody & taken to the hospital to be checked out.
6/17/19 Update: R. Keabler & Ramsey plead guilty. Keabler sentenced to 2 years. Ramsey-don’t know. Last hearing was 12/16/19.
10/14/19: Nicholas plead guilty. Sentencing on 11/5/19-don’t know out come. Review hearing on 4/13/20.
11/12/19: V. Keabler plead guilty. 1/22/20: Sentencing: is on probation from 1/28/2020 thru 1/22/2025. The other info about the sentencing is difficult to understand because it is incomplete. It says 5 years for wanton endangerment 1st degree. But where it says conviction it is left blank. It also says 1 year for meth possession. Review hearing on 9/8/20.

*Ronda Rae Keabler – 6/17/19: Plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth), buy/possess drug paraphernalia & criminal abuse of a child under age of 12. Sentenced to 2 years in prison.
*Roger Dale Ramsey – 6/17/19: Plead guilty to same above charges. 12/16/20: sentenced – no prison sentence known.
