Trans-Identified Female Arrested on Child Exploitation Material, Bestiality Charges

The first-ever bestality case in Kenton County, Kentucky is being prosecuted against a trans-identified female who was initially investigated for being in posession of child sexual exploitation material.

Bennett Couch, 25, a biological female who identifies as a man, was indicted on six charges of child by a grand jury on Thursday, November 18. Among the charges are three counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor below the age of 12.

Couch was arrested in August after a police investigation uncovered disturbing images on her Tumblr account. The Tumblr was titled "Naughty Confessions Only."

In addition to the child exploitation material charges, Couch was also indicted on one charge of bestiality. A search of Couch's electronic devices uncovered media of her engaged in a sex act with a dog, making her the first person in Kenton County to be charged under the law.

Oh my gosh, yes. He worked at that daycare six years ago, but on his FB apparently said he still does.

The owner did a good job of clearing that up. Also at the time working which was brief he identified as female and used his birth name Molly.

Anyone that hurts children and animals needs to be locked up.

A man will spend 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to bestiality and child charges.

Bennett Couch received the maximum sentence on Monday, despite his attorney’s request for probation, according to the Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office.
