Does that mean that her dad knew Hayes and let his 13 year old sleep over at his house? Or perhaps she lied about where she was that night?

I think she looks "her age bracket", too - thirteen/fourteen. As a mother of a thirteen year old who looks like she's in her late teens (mainly because she's 5'10"), Cheyenne looks young and innocent, to me. The old adage stands…Looks can be deceiving.

Authorities in Grayson County Sheriff's Office have confirmed that the vehicle used by Cheyenne Phillips and Dalton Hayes has been located in Atlanta, Ga.

Well, at least we known they have been to the Atlanta, Ga area.

I would like to add that the Hayes family had an obligation to make sure Cheyenne was of age before allowing her to spend the night, IMO. And, I have some choice words for Cheyenne's father for allowing this, as well. At least he should have known, right? I get it, though. My parents didn't know much about me or my friends/lovers when I was a teen and I could have gotten away with spending the night at my boyfriend's house by the time I was 16 or 17 (not 13).

once his mother found out how old she really was, she went over to confront her about it and by that time they were already gone.

But how does it take someone 3 months to find out the "19" year old that your 18 year old son is dating is really 13 years of age?

They mainly just gave a break down of the details associated with the teens, and then they took comments from people thru social media. Most of the comments were slamming the two sets of parents for letting these two hang out together to begin with.
