Did he also slip up when he said if there are still lights on he's gonna stay up "with me"? Seems to be in line with the theory that HE was the one staying up playing games on the phone.
I caught that too! "With ME"....

Actually, my 2 year old was up until 11:30-midnight all weekend for some reason. It's very out of character for him, as he's usually in bed by 8pm and sleeps all night, but he was up all night these last 2 nights. I guess I'm just saying it could have been a fluke for that baby to be awake, or perhaps he takes very late naps or wakes up later in the morning.
Not saying the boyfriend's actions aren't suspicious though.
I agree 100%I agree, this appears to have been a carefully planned "disappearance". IMHO the least likely place she would be found is anywhere near her car. The fact that he has an equipment rental business is very concerning. He could have dug a deep hole anywhere and disposed of her body. As far as his being cooperative, well of course he is. He worked his plan and now he is selling it. They need to bring in state police or the FBI.
It happens with my 2 year old too sometimes. Wish I had his energy lol.
But I think their child was up for other reasons than simply playing. Poor thing

Det. Jon Snow of the Nelson County Sheriff's Dept. also said the results were inconclusive. http://www.kystandard.com/content/houck-lie-detector-test-‘inconclusive’

I mentioned this before but I have followed other cases where it has been said that person taking the poly passed and was completely opposite. Maybe hoping the person will slip up?

"The stories just don't add up," Rogers' sister Brooke Ballard told ABC News. "You just don't go to bed one night and not know she's gone and then not worry when she left the baby."
