Not to say anything about anything...has this much been put into Officer Ellis' case? Or the other missing lady? and the mother and daughter who were murdered?
Are their cases Nelson County or Bardstown... I need a Blue's Clue's notebook methinks....

Officer Ellis' was Nelson co. He was shot on the Bloomfield exit. There wasn't near as much media attention but it was huge here. I drive by his memorial on the ramp at least once a week and it gives me chills. The mother and daughter happened not long after and it was also big here but they had nothing to go on.

There were some pictures taken at his house with BH coming in and out. I bet his vehicle is parked there. If I find it..I'll let you know.

If you look on the missing social media account, you'll find a poster that her sister posted in the comments with a picture of his truck, asking people if anyone could place her in it on that Friday evening.

Oh so it was officially seized!? People had been saying that they had seen it but then I'd heard that the car broke down and it was just being towed. This county needs to be put in the spot light. Too many unanswered questions.

I think they just said that to avoid answering the question because he goes on to say that if you want answers to ask the sheriff's dept. He also would not conform nor deny if car was seized. Probably a bit embarrassed if true.

You know what I'm really curious about ? How is it that people stay up until 2 or 3 A.M. discussing these cases ? If I don't get to bed by 10:30 or 11:00, I'm not worth a S__t the next day. Is it insomnia, or do people just not have jobs to worry about ?

Yeh you're probably right. I really like the Chief of Police. I just think he's in the wrong county.

Ha! I just go to bed late. I always have. Plus, I don't work until later in the mornings so that helps.

I do not find a link to a MSM article...and that picture is a person, it appears, to be moving out, not packing a 'few' things...

It is 10:33 here, yes I work, for lawyers of all things LOL. But I have to read pages and pages and catch up once home, I try so hard not to duplicate but I do it anyway.

Well, I'm off to bed. Keep an eye on the news media, something has got to break in this thing before too long. I feel bad for the searchers....going out everyday and getting sunburned and mosquito bit........and still nothing.

Meanwhile, the Houck brothers are hanging out doing business as usual, not a care in the world.

I feel bad for the volunteers too. It's been so humid out here and the weather has been terrible. I'm going on this weekend to drop off some waters and help out for a couple hours before heading to the lake. Hopefully, by then, they'll have some answers.

I work from home most days so I have a bit of an advantage [emoji1] But if a thread is busy I stay up way to late and pay for it the next day!

Also, time zones. Members from Uk, Au, and Europe, etc...
Or like me, retired/not working...I take a nap during the hot part of the afternoon.

Did yall read the post 4 hrs ago by Bourbon City News? Sounds like Nelson County Sheriffs is taking more stuff from BHs house and that the brother's house appears vacant (ETA: SM comments say he moved from there prior to Crystal going missing). They must be hunkered down at Mama's farm...

Reminds me of the Bennet Family on the show Justified. So hinky.

I'm a night owl. I work m-f 9am to noon, but my clearest thinking occurs between 10 pm and 2 am. Yes, I can function on five hrs of sleep or less. My oldest son is the same way. Always was, even as a child. I wished he could keep a "normal" (traditional) schedule, but he can't/won't. Edited to fix typo.

I am so curious what all I missed out on last night. Too sleepy to google now, but hoping for a big break soon. I also have always been a night owl. I work part time 8-2 cst & shuttle 2 busy kiddos around the rest of the time. I will be sleepy tomorrow but sometimes it is worth it
