Good to see an update on Crystal's case, I'm somewhat familiar with this.

I have a lot of catching up to do ; and didn't know her dad had been murdered as well.
Horrifying.

Justice was a long time coming, but it sounds like they have the right person in custody ?
Wonder if there will be more arrests ?

According to an unsealed indictment, Houck is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence. He is being held on a $10 million cash bond and can’t have any contact with Crystal Rogers’ family.

Federal authorities are also investigating the death of Rogers' father, Tommy Ballard, who had created Team Crystal, a group of community members dedicated to finding her. He was shot and killed by an unknown subject while on family property near Bluegrass Parkway in Bardstown on Nov. 19, 2016, according to the FBI.

After his daughter, Crystal Rogers, disappeared in July 2015, Tommy Ballard created Team Crystal, a group of Bardstown, Kentucky, community members dedicated to finding Crystal and bringing her home.

On the morning of November 19, 2016, sixteen months after Crystal’s disappearance, Ballard was preparing for a hunting trip with his 12-year-old grandson on family property next to Bluegrass Parkway in Bardstown, Kentucky. An unknown subject fired one shot and hit Ballard in the chest and instantly killed him.

I hope his LE brother gets arrested too. If the FBI searched his house, there is reason to believe that he at least is an accessory after the fact.
