Possible Developments In Case Of Missing Monticello Man

There are new developments on the case of a missing veteran and father from Wayne County.
Recently, Susan Lair, Dustan’s mother says she received a disturbing anonymous phone call from a woman claiming that she lived at the crime scene and she witnessed Dustan being tortured for six days.
The woman said that there is even cell phone video of Dustan being tortured.
