Supposedly, Kit Martin killed Cal Phillips sometime in the morning. He then went back home, cleaned up and went to work.
No one heard any shots that we know of. No bloody bat, board, piece of wood was found that the ME opined Cal was hit with.
He then comes home and about an hour later he goes back over to the Phillips home, he kills who first? Pam is killed at the back of the house, same area that Cal was killed?
He then kills Ed in the backyard, we know Ed was seriously injured or killed in the backyard based on the blood pool area and his gun. Ed's body was taken where? to the house? Again, no one heard 8+ shots.
Pam's car is turned around and the bodies loaded then? No way, as the neighbor had gone by there approx 7 pm. She would have seen both bodies.
He then goes back home, again needing to clean up, greets his family and has dinner and watches tv until approx 1 am. Where he again goes to the Phillips home, loads the bodies, drives them out to the burn area and returns back to his house in Ed's car, as it had gone missing.
So in all that scenario keep in mind that Kit Martin had to have killed two people, driven Ed's car out to the site, left it there until he brought the bodies and burned the car, returns home, cleans up and gets back in bed at 2:30/3 am.
There are no significant blood pools in the Phillips home, which is odd to me. No one heard any gunshots.
Why would Kit come back and kill Pam and Ed in the late afternoon, early evening? Cal was the only one to testify against/for him. I understand Ed was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Pam had called him to look for Cal. They were both surprised by the killer. There is no proof that Kit drove Pam's phone to Joan's home, nor did Kit try to access that phone or take it in to ATT. By this time, Joan and Kit had nothing to do with each other and both lived with new partners.
Joan, imo, is a liar and manipulator, based on some testimony and reading online, this isn't her first time trying to screw up someone's life.
I hope the Defense is able to clarify some of this. As of now, I'd have to find Kit Martin not guilty. All MOO
