Presumed Located KY - James 'Robbie' Horn, adult, Martin County, Dec 2017

Authorities are looking for a man who's been missing from Martin County for two weeks.

The Martin County Sheriff's Department confirms that James "Robbie" Horn is missing.

Horn's family posted on social media that he was seen at the Kermit Bridge. The family also says Horn struggles with an illness that could make him vulnerable.

Deputies say Horn has family in Kentucky and in Florida.

Anyone with information about Horn's whereabouts is asked to call the Martin County Sheriff's Department or 911.

Good catch! Quite a head-scratcher there.

I tried comparing the different photos too in order to convince myself they were the same person. Odd camera angles but I believe they are.

As you say, which came first? Weird...

He was arrested on 08/20/2018 by Ashland PD in Boyd County, and charged with FAILURE TO APPEAR.
