MISSING: Police asking for public's help to find Louisville mother, 3 children

37-year-old Jessie Small of Louisville was last seen with her three children on Sept. 19. Police say they believe she and the children traveled to Indianapolis to visit an unidentified friend.

They were last seen in a silver 2007 four-door Toyota Yaris with Ohio license tag JEU4555. Small's family has been unable contact her or the children.

Small is described as a white female, 5'-5" tall, weighing 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Shoot, they would have had to, I believe, cross the Ohio River. Waterway in proximity + car missing + no word or sightings of any of them tends to = car in waterway as we've seen in a lot of cases.

They would indeed cross the Ohio river to get to the expressway. Once on the expressway, it’s a straight drive to Indy. The bridge crossing over the bridge is always busy. There is also a toll to cross the bridge from KY to Indiana. The last time
We went that way, we prepaid before we got on, at that time, the were using license plate readers and would send you an “invoice” and you have so many days to pay or a warrant would be entered for you.

Unless, she made a wrong turn and ran into the water from below the bridge, I couldn’t see her going in the water from the bridge. It is way to heavily travelled and it’s not that long of a bridge.
You can go to Waterfront area and there are some restaurants, parks etc. There is also the riverboat that does cruises up and down the river daily, I would think that would be heavily monitored as well.

I'm guessing there would be cameras on the bridge as well? Probably worth LE's time to check those if so.

I just saw this case and am saddened that there is not much news or family (husband, etc) trying to spread the news that she AND 3 OTHER CHILDREN are Missing. YIKES.

We don't know who saw her and kiddos last ??

The article above is dated OCT 2, but last seen Sept 19th-- so a few weeks before it was written about, at least in this news venue.
Was she really missing almost 2 weeks before reported ??

UGH-- we just do not know much but I sure hope she and her 3 children are OK .
