The Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Office is searching for Justin Holland, 36. He was last seen at 8 a.m. on March 26 and his car was found abandoned on Drake Schoolhouse Road in the area of Cleaton.

CLEATON, Ky. (4/2/16) — Authorities in Muhlenberg County have found no sign of a missing Nelson Creek man after his car was found abandoned along Drake School House Road in Cleaton.

“There is no obvious sign of foul play, but at this point the investigation is open and ongoing,” the sheriff said.

Residents around Cleaton said Friday afternoon they had not seen nor heard anything unusual around the vicinity.

According to the Kentucky Department of Corrections website, Holland’s parole is set to end Aug. 21 for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

The identity of the human remains found in Muhlenberg County on May 23 have been identified.

The remains have been identified as Justin Holland, 36-year-old, from Nelson Creek.
