If she didn’t get OBGYN care, then clearly she was in denial.

But I want to hear from the people around her because surely someone said….you are pregnant!

I want to hear from her bf Connor as he is clearly cupping her swollen belly in the Jun 2025 photo shoot.

I also want to hear from her parents as she lived with them during the summer while she was chosen “fairest of the fair” in July at her Tennessee hometown and she looks big.

I also want to hear from the cheer coach as clearly she is pregnant in the April 24 2025 photos.

Was everyone in denial?

I've read that bf Connor (present in the pregnancy photo shoot, seen cupping the bump) denied knowing she was pregnant!
The bio dad (and his parents) seemingly didn't know she was pregnant, they split up soon after she conceived and were living miles apart so he never actually saw her again.

I certainly agree that there are quite a few people in denial here!

IMO, denial would mean she didn't think she was pregnant. If so, why did her phone history include internet searches for hidden pregnancy and concealed pregnancy? IMO, she knew she was pregnant, but was trying her best to conceal it until she ran out of time.

I don't consider her not going for pre-natal care equates to one being in denial that you're pregnant.

She may not have wanted any medical record trail, certain people to know she's expecting and she may have been on a parent's health insurance or insurance through KU.
Having a baby is very expensive and whatever insurance she may have had could have required some up-front payments.

I believe she knew she was pregnant and was so enmeshed in her self-celebrity and image that just the thought of something interfering with it was non-negotiable..

JMO, but just how much in denial was she that a real baby was going to be the outcome. Perhaps when she saw the actual baby there on the floor, LS was unable to face the facts. Pregnancy is one thing, a living baby is quite another. You can tik tok and Instagram and pose for pics on social media, but it can be an absolute shock when faced with an actual baby you just birthed. One minute it's not real, the next a baby is there bloody and crying and you have to face reality. Is she immature enough to have truly thought the baby wasn't 'real'?

Given her history with an severe eating disorder, perhaps it wasn't denial with those around her but caution. Everyone careful not to say anything about weight to her, afraid to trigger her. And while it may be obvious to outsiders who don't know her backstory, perhaps those closest to her believed she was actually recovering from her eating disorder, gaining weight, looking healthier than ever, but careful not to say even that for fear she'd regress...

As for the new boyfriend, she may have been feeling HIM out, with talk of family, babies. Pretending that her baby bump was pretend, easy enough for a nonpregnant girl to do, in a baby doll dress and a pumped up belly.

Where HER mind was at overall, she seemed focused only on getting her shape back, which seems like an extreme presentation of an eating disorder... but doesn't explain the secret delivery... and for the love of all that is right and good, not calling 911 --

I can get neither my head nor my heart around that.

I find it impossible to believe that "at which point getting anywhere near phone was not an option", and had she called 911 her baby may have survived like the mother's baby you described.

BSR had a long history of an eating disorder and was still tiny in photos taken days before she gave birth. It's easy to see how no one else was aware of her pregnancy, and does raise the reasonable doubt that her eating disorder had resulted in severe growth restriction, or some other health issue, for the fetus that put its life at risk at birth.

LS, on the other hand, appeared to be visibly pregnant and aware of it herself in the "photoshoot" with her boyfriend.
