The photo showed a partial denture on the bottom. The wearer would have had one tooth remaining. Moreno is noted as having complete upper and lower dentures. It's possible that they had the wrong info or that he lost that last tooth and just called it a full denture.

Possibly! Another theory is that the denture was damaged by the environment and one tooth went missing.

Or even if he had that tooth, I can see somebody filling out the form calling it a full denture. If they hadn't looked closely, they might not even be aware one tooth is natural.

That is an unusual configuration though.
