Kentucky man missing, vehicle found empty in the middle of the road

Fri, Jan 31, 2020 - At approx 10:39 pm Bell County Dispatch received a call of an unoccupied vehicle found by the Middlesboro Fire Dept in the middle of the roadway on Hwy 74 outside city limits just west of Hwy 441 junction.

Deputy Patrick Brooks saw what appeared to be a fully operable white 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier and determined that the owner of the vehicle is Ronald King, 66, of Pineville. He is 5’ 9” tall, 160lbs, brown eyes, brown hair but balding.
