Am I the only one who finds it a bit unusual, and frankly disappointing, that there apparently is no reward of any size at all for any helpful information in this case? I realize that rewards don't often provide key tips, but sometimes they do, and the lack of any reward seems to speak to the general lack of concern for this young woman's well-being. JMO
I have wondered the same about a reward. While often times a reward doesn't lead to what we hope they are still offered in many cases.

A reward fund was started but has not raised a significant amount.

Generally speaking I would think it would be a lot easier to find someone who just wandered off, than that who were disposed of by foul play. I know it can be very difficult to find people who wander of and die accidentally . But I still think my original statement is true in a general sense.... all moo

I agree. Especially since the dogs were searching. It seems as though LE knows she made it to the home but they have nothing to prove that she left.

I wonder if any of the 3 guys or their families have participated or have been active in any of the searches in any way ?

I don’t know if they’ve participated in searches. There was only one search in the very beginning coordinated by friends and family that consisted of individuals volunteering their time. The other searches mentioned in the media have been by LE and SAR teams that haven’t asked for volunteers. Texas Equusearc posted about accepting help from the public today but that’s the only SAR team I’ve seen that’s allowed civilian volunteers.

It was a good point made a while ago that these men were seen, more or less, not only by Mom on Facetime but in the bar and leaving with Savannah. So it seems crazy if they actually plotted to harm her. They would be (and are) the obvious suspects. So,whatever happened points more toward accident, either while with the men, one man, or on her own afterward.

I am not totally ruling out her having awoken and just leaving when unable to wake the others and/or coax them into a ride when she wanted one. Maybe they told her to wait a few hours and she knew she needed to go. She may have thought she would catch a ride on the road and maybe she did. Or walked but went the wrong way. It seems like she should have been found by now if so...but we all know of cases where searchers have missed bodies by just a few feet...all jmo.

I know they were taking volunteers for some of the searches and if someone supposedly just walked out of my house and disappeared I would be telling the news to help find this person who wandered off instead of trying to hide my identity. I would be out there trying to help find that that person. Heck my cat went missing at my moms and the neighbors all helped look for him.

In many cases, involved people like potential witnesses and family members aren't allowed to participate in searches.

That's what I was thinking. In one of the earlier articles, I think it was said that the men had not been cleared. I wish I remembered which article.
LE does not always announce that they have a suspect or POI.
We know very little about this investigation. I hope we hear something soon. It must be so hard on her family. Imo

This is wild. Where the news says they served the search warrant and removed a car. That car was there in 2017 google earth imagery in exactly the same place as the media shows the truck picking it up. Her's the car - Latitude - 37°34'37.38"N / Longitude - 84°31'27.21"W .. This is out in the media as they clearly call out the corner of Perkins Lane and Fall Lick Rd. Here's the photo of the car that was towed in the article : Police serve search warrant in Savannah Spurlock case I find this interesting. This was likely a non-running car. She could have went into the car seeking shelter from the cold. Also, it may not have a thing to do with her disappearance.

I think it’s highly probable that the white car that was towed from the search warrant house was the white Ford Taurus that SS was FaceTiming from. JMO

Nice catch, but it might just mean the driver parks in the same spot every time. You could look at ten years of photos of my parents' driveway and there would be his pickup on the right, her car on the left, just about every time.

In an earlier article or interview, her mom mentioned her missing her court date that following Monday. Madison co court doesn’t have retroactive dockets though so i couldn’t find it.

I know the media made it very easy to find the address of the house that was searched. I’m not sure we can discuss much about it since nobody has been named a poi in connection to the house. technically, we wouldn’t be allowed to sleuth it if it were a poi’s family members house either.

I am not sure if this is the most recent thread, but is Radar Online MSM? New developments?

So it sounds like the dog hit on the burned clothing by the pond. That explains the the massive search of the pond. It seemed like they must have had a reason... But she still wasn’t found. :(
