The characteristics of the bones are an important detail, IMO. Is any social or work history know on the above missing persons? Anyone with a highly active lifestyle (running, hiking) or work that's repetitive and weight bearing would put them higher up on my list.

Regarding the thickening of the internal side of the frontalis, or forehead bone, this is seen more commonly in women, specifically, post-menopausal women. Without knowing medical specifics, of the above, Lynette M McCollum is the most likely statistically to meet that criteria.
