On Thursday, Lucas faced a judge who set her bond at $2 million. With her hands folded across her chest, she said nothing, and showed no emotion. Family says that bond is not nearly high enough. Read more about that here.

While the depth of pain this family is left to process is hard to imagine, I don't understand the above. $2 million is not chump change and the odds of this woman ever making it are slim to zero. And that number is no different from what I have seen many other accused murderers receive?

He said: "I asked Ms. Lucas if she meant to hurt her children. She indicated that it was an accident." Fox WDRB reports. Lucas answered "yes" when asked if she was given the weapon. Beahl revealed Lucas "made statements that she was being manipulated through Facebook, through the internet or through Wi-Fi — through Facebook and through her Wi-Fi — being manipulated into doing what she did."

There have reportedly been criminal court filings against Lucas in Kentucky and the mother has been in prison before on drug possession conviction, reports The Daily Beast.

The crime was discovered on November 8, when Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office received reports of a shooting with injury at a home in Shepherdsville.

When Lucas's neighbor pulled into his driveway, he saw the 32-year-old walking down the stairs of his porch before collapsing.

She told him that her 'kids were dying.' When the man entered her home, he discovered the boys' bodies in a bedroom. A gun lay on the bed.

The neighbor called 911 and stayed with the boys until EMS arrived and rushed them to Norton’s Children's Hospital in Louisville.

They could all have different fathers and the same mother

The adult brother is full brothers with the oldest child. The articles state they had the same father, who is now deceased. The younger child was from a relationship with a different father, so the adult brother was his half-brother.

This right here. I have seen quite a few troubling social media accounts where account owner posts repeatedly about gang stalking and some of it is just out there. It seems to be a trending psychological phenomenon. There is no reasoning with persons who are convinced there is a conspiracy against them by some shadowy unnamed group of "others".

I think you are right on the money with this. My first thought on reading about her concerns about wi-fi making her do things was "I'll bet she was one of those who think they are being gangstalked every time she goes to the grocery store"
