I am curious about something. If Joshua Gouker Sr is the biological father of Joshua Young, how come son Joshua last name is Young? I would think it would be the same, Gouker. Anyone have info on this? TIA

His parents were really young when he was born. I believe that JG (dad) was 15-16. So I think they weren't married at the time of his birth.

I looked up how Josh got the Young name and it is from his mother Angela Young, the one who dies of the overdose. I am guessing Angela and Josh Gouker were never married although Gouker was his father.

I'm not so sure he is innocent.

In fact I am having more doubt as it goes along.

If JG told JY to meet Trey down at the school grounds in order to murder him then JG would know beforehand he would need an alibi showing he was not down there at the time he was murdered. So now I think that is why he made the late night sex video with Amanda that very night. So I think it is possible he talked Jr. into killing Trey for him.

And now I am even doubting JG saying he is the one that did it. He knew he was going to be convicted anyway on the felony kidnapping charges in Alabama and they are probably going to throw felony armed robbery in the charges before it goes to trial since he forced the poor kidnapped woman to pay for the hotel room. So he knew he was done and was most likely going to spend the rest of his life in prison anyway.
