I can't help thinking mom helped set up alibi -- removing motion detector lights, middle of the night cigarette run, hearing Gouker snoring and asleep, sex twice and video taped, and he weird story of Trey trying to leave the house after he showered and was supposed to be in bed

I find this case interesting ....don't know why we don't have more participation.

It is confusing at first, because no one has same last name.

I agree with you.... Something stinks with her.. Do you think it might have to do with the speculation that some kind of abuse with the daughter or illegal activity was taking place and Trey knew/was going to tell (or they feared that he would? Was JY the weapon they used?

Wow, Josh Y actually TOLD friends he was gonna kill his brother? Wont all those kids be called to testify? That would be the way to go,no?

Do you think that some of those friends were the ones LE pulled out from the juvenile detention center to interview?

But a lot of kids always seem to run their mouth to their friends when they do something like this.

Has any of Josh Jr's close friends come out to speak with the media? If not, then they are probably going to testify during the trial.
