Sometime I surprise myself with who I end up believing and I believe this woman and that she was badly scared. The way she is picking or worrying her neck. She is still anxious talking about this.

I think she's changed her demeanor since cross began, and is probably lying.

I would think that would be the first thing the defense attorney would jump on in cross but I don't know.

I think when she is nervous or anxious she picks. Like she was reliving the trip. She is not showing any nervousness answering the defense. I think she is on the defense expecting the defense to try to smear her testimony. I think I'd react the same way. I'd be on my guard against the attorneys who want to make me out to be a liar and more in touch ( and get anxious talking about it again) with my emotions when relating what happened with a sympathetic lawyer.
