Officials Ask for Public's Help in Search for Missing Girl
"KSP Trooper Scottie Pennington said investigators are still working to determine what happened but emphasized that community assistance is crucial. We don’t believe that something bad has happened to her,” Pennington said. “We don’t know if she’s just missing, but that’s why we’re here today. We’re looking for the public’s help. If you see something, say something."

Search for Rockcastle Teen Enters Second Week
"In a press conference Wednesday afternoon, officials involved in the search shared that Wynter was last seen on Oct. 14, when she was picked up early from school by her foster parents. It was reported that she was not feeling well and was resting at home, but when her parents went to check on her at dinnertime, they discovered she was gone."

Family of Missing Kentucky Teen Ask For Safe Return and Offer Reward
"Haley Whitehead, Wynter’s aunt, said the 13-year-old had been at her latest foster care home for about a year, when she went missing the evening of Oct. 14 in Rockcastle County near the Orlando area. She’s not an outdoor girl. She’s more of a Netflix and chill kind of girl. She didn’t walk out of those woods. She didn’t go run into the woods. Someone has had to have got her and picked her up and took her out of there,” Whitehead said."

  • She was last seen at her foster care home in Rockcastle County, Kentucky
Is this again a case of online grooming ?

Seen the area she went missing from and the information provided by foster parents and family, someone must have lured her out and picked her up

13 yrs old is very young. I hope this child can be found very rapidly, especially if she was active online.

This is her FB profile: states to be from London KY and be in a relationship.

Is she in London and if so with whom ?

It's a strange one, there's very little information and unfortunately the sound quality of the press conference recording was so poor that I couldn't make out what was being said. A pair of YouTubers went up to the house where she was staying and spoke to the foster parent but it's not an approved source so I won't link.

I don't have a good feeling about it.

From your link, I see her Mom commented on a post saying she loved her and hoped she was doing well. Is there a chance she left to be with a bio-parent?

How did the FBI get involved?
She’s so young, in Foster Care, dad’s in jail/prison, and active on social media. She’s a perfect target for grooming. Scary.

I have really great speakers, tried to listen to the person who recorded it on a cell phone. So distorted I can't transcribe. But the comments at that link and on the RCSO page are interesting.

Her dad was interviewed two days ago, doesn't look like he's in jail or prison?

She was out there with the foster parents and they said they had picked her up from school that day, but she had told kids in school that she had planned on running away,” Dusty says.

He tells us while he was in jail, Wynter’s mom had gotten into some trouble and that’s why Wynter was at the foster home. But he says Wynter told him she didn’t want to stay there.

The night she went missing, Wynter’s dad tells us she was messaging her cousin about running off to Florida.

Dusty says he’s learned Wynter has access to a second phone number. He’s asking anyone who knows what that number is to come forward.

Im starting to get worried that this may be more than just a runaway case. 🙏

The foster home to which this girl was assigned, is way out in the woods, in an isolated rural area, with very few neighbors. The terrain is steep and rugged. She must have arranged for a ride with someone.

And by the way, "Orlando" isn't a town, or even a village, it's just a rural crossroads.

Yet there’s no evidence that she arranged a ride or was collected in any vehicle, or not publicly available evidence anyway. No evidence that she ever left that house at all.
