The make of the truck .Hopefully a someone took a witness statement thats in a box unprocessed and just waiting for a professional reviewer to find and make a case with.
ITA !If they're putting fresh eyes on the case, it may also be time to re-interview all the students who were there that day. They're all adults now and can be interviewed without parents present. Not sure if they've done this recently, but if they haven't, I think it may be worth interviewing folks who were there again. Just some food for thought.
Exactly. I only started paying attention to WS because there was discussion of Kyron.Oh Kyron!!! He is one of the biggest reasons I joined WS. He holds a special little piece and place in my heart. I hate the fact that we "know" part of what happened, but not the whole picture. I hate the fact that even though we basically "know", there has been no justice. Worse, where is Kyron?!
Houze is still representing her?PORTLAND, Ore. — It's been 15 years since anyone has seen Kyron Horman, a little boy who vanished from Skyline Elementary School in Northwest Portland on June 4th, 2010.

Kyron Horman case revisited 15 years after disappearance from Portland elementary school

KATU News has reached out to Vazquez (formerly Horman) - who now lives in California - via her attorney, Stephen Houze. He declined to comment on the case ahead of the 15th anniversary of Kyron's disappearance.
In my opinion, Kyron was handled off to someone right after he was taken from the school. There is zero chance he is on the property previously owned by Kaine. That tractor wasn’t used in conjunction with Kyron’s disappearance. All MOO.I was not a Websleuths member back when Kyron went missing and only loosely followed the story in news reports. I started going through the threads about this case but only got through thread #4 before skipping ahead to the threads covering 2020-2022. So, please forgive me if I’m asking a question covered already.
I noticed in the divorce settlement that Terri got the Mustang and Kaine the 2005 pickup as well as “the John Deere tractor.” It doesn’t specify tractor size or capability.
Was that tractor capable of excavating? And then refilling? Was Terri capable of operating it? And if not her, was the friend who was missing during the same hours Terri was capable of operating it? Did the Hormans have a trailer for transporting the tractor?
I remember Terri saying she hired a landscaper on the sly because she believed Kaine wanted too much yard work out of her older son who ultimately moved to live with her parents. What kind of extensive clearing or other yard work was being done? Did LE search the Horman property?…not just a ground search, but a search for areas recently dug?
That is definitely a possibility; however, then why does TMH need DDS's help for an hour and a half or so later that morning? In my opinion, Kyron was handled off to someone right after he was taken from the school. There is zero chance he is on the property previously owned by Kaine. That tractor wasn’t used in conjunction with Kyron’s disappearance. All MOO.
Thank you for your reply and the link to the timeline at MCSO site as well as relating what you recall.I'm fairly certain investigators searched the home, according to this timeline posted on the MCSO site. Of course, a lot of the original news articles are no longer, so I can't cite how extensive the search at the home was, or if they scoured the surrounding woods. I recall they did, but I'm going from memory.
Yes, I read this book a long time ago, I also remember seeing photos inside the house, Kyrons room etc. thanks for the memory jog!Thank you for your reply and the link to the timeline at MCSO site as well as relating what you recall.
I've been reading Rebecca Morris's book, Boy Missing: The Search for Kyron Horman, which seems fairly well-researched. The book states that the Horman place was searched multiple times, including with dogs.
