TH wasn't *accounted for TWO hours* her alibi was cleared except for 90 minutes. The two hour gap is a misconception that keeps repeating as it is if a fact.

Casey was not a great liar. Her stories were absurd. Pathological liar. Prolific. But not great.

A great liar says stuff that is believable.

LOL. True but the jury believed her.:floorlaugh:

I understand I'm being flamed here because I am on the fence. Its just hard for me to believe because I have a step son that I raised from a toddler and I have always loved him like my own. I can't imagine a woman who wouldn't love Kyron after raising him. I wish he could be found alive.

True.

DY wants it so bad that TH is the guilty one, but what if she isn't?

I think that is the problem for anyone who loves their children.

How could Casey kill her child?

There is that one now who killed her child by putting salt in his feeding tube.

So many people who kill their own children and so many that kill their step -children or their SO's children.

Why would she want it so badly? Wouldn't she rather find her child and the person who actually did it?

And why would all of those agencies that were working the case point to Terri? Because........??????

Call her lawyer and give him the suggestion.

You are funny Miss J! ; )
He'll do that when pigs start flying.

Regardless of our different viewpoints on this case (which is good, we need to keep thinking!), we all have the same goal - bring this little boy home.

Prayers for Desiree. Stay strong!

We do but in my heart I want to find a way for him to be alive somewhere.:moo:

Either way, Kyron is still missing and whoever took him has not been prosecuted. I think IMO DY wants to have her son back. She has shown nothing but absolute strength and dignity in this, unlike TH who has shown to be IMO a coward.

If all else fails why not charge with custodial interference? Like the case of the three missing little boys from Michigan. their father got nearly 20 years IIRC.

Interesting idea. Gitana1 would be a good one to comment on this possibility.:seeya:

Well I guess the problem might be that you'd still have to prove that Kyron left with Terri or that Terri knows and arranged whatever happened to him.

She doesnt need to spend the rest of her life with a black cloud surrounding her. She can be of great service to the community, and then move on with her life. IMO, she had the misfortune of being manipulated by a skilled sociopath.
she needs to speak and extricate herself .

Because DY has put all her eggs in one basket since day one, and she never has considered other possibilities. Of which, there could be. She doesn't want to be wrong, I see Kaine has being more open...at times he speaks of Kyron being alive.

I personally find TH extremely unlikeable. But I have struggled with trying to figure out what she would gain by removing Kyron from the picture by disappearing or killing him. Much easier to send him bak to his mother, DY, who wanted him back at that point. Or simply killed KH if her issue was with him and his sending away her older son.

As unlikeable as she is, and I think most can agree, based on evidence which has come to light she is exactly that, after all this time, LE has still been unable to come up with any evidence she disappeared Kyron, nor provide any motive.

And yes I recall that DY, who I respect immensely for her devotion to finding Kyron, claims she read emails that illustrated a hatred for Kyron. But it has not been enough to pull me off the fence completely.

I do now believe it is more likely than not that TH is involved in some way in Kyron's being missing. But I still have those niggling doubts. The why of it escapes me. So much easier if she were a murderous sort, to kill Kaine, have custody of her daughter and simply return Kyron to his mother and invite her own son to return to her. As a widow there would have been financial gain.

Quite frankly, I find Kaine rather unlikable as well. But being unlikable is not enough for me to decide someone is a killer or kidnapper.

The logistics of how TH would have accomplished this still bother me a bit.

I sincerely Pray that Desiree gets the answers she needs and deserves one day.

Do you know Desiree?

If so, were there other people she was considering?

Why did she switch to thinking it was Terri?

Or if she never considered anyone but Terri, why is that?

What information led her to that deduction?

She hated Kyron and there was no way to get rid of him. Kaine was not going to give him up.

It doesn't have to make sense to us. Remember how she put her roommate's stuff out in the rain and did not see a problem with it? Remember how she got her ex husband to pay child support for her child and even went back to court to get more even though the boy had a relationship with his bio dad?

She does things I don't get.
