a picture maybe?

speaking of evidence, did they ever say for sure that they had DNA evidence of Mickey?

This is STRICTLY MY OPINION AND NOTHING MORE. I have no idea why, but I seriously believe that he probably does have pictures of his victims somewhere. Whether or not police have found any, I have no idea. But with the bloodied pictures of him that were alledgedly found, I have to wonder. Assuming he took those pictures of what many of us think she did to him, does it seem unlikely that he also would have taken pics of what he did to her?? Again, this is just my opinion, but it is a feeling that wont go away.

I'm thinking the pictures of his wounds may have been for something like work excuse, for showing to family, alibi production, etc. -- don't know though.

These are the 8 from Texas I was able to confirm are still missing & fit the timeline. I have not read to see if their circumstances fit yet.
I was unable to verify that Lesa McKinley and MaKayla Taber are still missing. I've yet to see that BSL committed any crimes in TX besides burning his truck but this is just one area, excluding Houston, FT Worth & Galveston.

Exluded Reina Cornejo-Trigueros (suspect identified) and excluded JoAnn Sendejas for 12/24/99 timeline conflict.

Kate, you might want to add Victoria Deann Sunday to your list. She went missing in Conroe, TX in April, 1999, and her skeletal remains were found in October, 2001.

BSL is really unsophisticated compared to other serial killers or should I say dumber...

Chicot, unsophicated? Dumber?' Compared to who?
Although IQ has little to do with how long a serial killer is active. I am not sure we have enough info to determine BSL's intelligence at this point. He obviously eluded investigators for 13+ years...

.BSL has all the traits and characteristics of a prolific serial killer, imo..

Experienced/recidivist Sadistic psychopathic sexual predators are very calculating, creative, and deflective.

Unfortunately, it is often the case that serial offenders will rely on jurisdictional boundaries to hamper investigations and cause linkage blindness in their crimes. ...

"Jurisdictional Linkage Blindness calculated by BSL in Mickey Schunick's abduction and during the aftermath"

Imo, there is only one investigative tool that LE has that prevents jurisdictional linkage blindness; the American public via the MS Media...

This tool is why BSL was identified and arrested in Mickey schunick's abduction/murder..

BSL's Home - 1 LE Jurisdiction

MS Abduction - 2 LE Jurisdiction

Bike Disposal - 3 LE Jurisdiction

Hospital NOLO - 4 LE Jurisdiction

Opelousas General - 5 LE Jurisdiction

Stolen DW Truck Report - 6 LE Jurisdiction -Texas

Burned/Stripped DW Truck - 7 LE Jurisdiction - Texas

Brandon Scott Lavergne, is also forensically aware, calculating, and very manipulative..imooc..

What creeps me out so much about Brandon is he has "that" creepy smirk and those eyes that every notorious killer has ever had.

Brandon might have gotten caught with Mickey, but I don't think we should assume he is "dumb". He went this long without being caught, while most serial killers were only caught because they killed in such a short time span, while BSL was unable to do so because he was imprisoned.

I think Brandon is far from being stupid, and that is another reason he is so scary.

Edit:
Deleted picture because it was too big for the margins.

Kimberly Langwell was likely murdered by an ex-boyfriend. It is widely believed that she met him in the Eckerds' parking lot and agreed to go with him to his house, which was nearby.

My instincts are pulling me in this direction as well. He just seems like the type that would derive some sick satisfaction out of seeing what he did as well as what was done to him. Even though these pics are alleged I am leaning to them existing. Sorry to say.

i don't think he's stupid either. i think him going to the hospital is stupid, but i guess he had to. i don't think i'd make a good killer, however. so what seems very clever to me may not really be that clever. but i'm with ya, that he can't be that stupid since he's been active for quite some time.

I don't know that I'd put him and Richard Ramirez in the category with Jeffrey Dahmer and Ed Gein. I think the latter two were seriously mentally ill.

  • #292
So, the article says Lisa apparently died of asphyxiation. We have also learned that he tried to smother his ex wife. Coincidental?

  • #293
Just to add to my previous post, perhaps it is/ was this need to fulfill this desire to see these images over and over again that ultimately in the end will be just one of the puzzle pieces used to put the sick 🤬🤬🤬 away for good.

  • #294
Well, if he did actually collect things from his victims, such as possibly a bone from the skeleton, I wouldn't say he was far from becoming like any other serial killer.

We just don't know as much about him as we do about them, but I think they are all mentally ill in some form. But in an un-helpable way.

Really? Just because he has all the traits that you recognize? I'll compare him to the other 35-50 Serial Killers the FBI says are running around the US actively. He has been a LE suspect for 13 years for god sakes lolol? How smart is he?

When I say "seriously mentally ill," I mean hallucinating, out of there, mentally ill. I don't mean antisocial personality disorder. While that is technically a mental illness, a person suffering from that still knows right from wrong, even if they are powerless to control their impulses.

Gary Ridgway was questioned several times during the Green River Killer investigation and still avoided capture for over a decade. He is a pretty smart guy, at least at killing. You don't have to have a high IQ to be good at one thing.

The DSM delineates different tiers of mental illness.

Lisa Pate last seen late June and killed July 3. My opinion on this: Her brother was quoted as saying drug abuse and the lifestyle that goes with it is what killed her and her family has said she did not show up for her son's birthday party. She may not have been raising her children as I also read she spent some time in jail the year prior. Maybe they last saw her late June and maybe her son's birthday is July 3, something she would not have missed and possibly date reported missing.
