[h=3]Details of Disappearance[/h] Corey was last seen at the Ten-To-Ten grocery store in the 3200 block of Jefferson Highway in Jefferson, Louisiana at 12:30 p.m. on December 16, 1984. He and another boy were playing a video game and the boy turned his back, and when he turned around, Corey was gone. He has never been heard from again.
Corey lived in the 500 block of Causeway Boulevard at the time of his disappearance. He may have fallen into the Mississippi River, but his body was never recovered; it is unclear what happened to him.

And between 500 causeway and Jefferson hwy would not be easy to walk to. Especially for a young child! Move to street view on Google and you will seeWait..... hole up..... there is literally no way to just fall into the river, especially by jefferson hwy.

Bumping up for Corey.
I wonder the same thing... the doe network claims that he fell into the river... the charley project says that he was in a store and that he disappeared... what is the truth?NamUs says last seen near the river. Pity the exact location is unclear.
Last seen walking to the store, last seen by another child playing in the store, last seen by the river?
Maybe he was thought to have made it to the store and later a child matching his description was seen near the river?
(Speculation.)
