LA - 'Her Mama wanted to send her to God': Sulphur woman, Kristin Bass (28) accused of killing 1-year-old daughter

According to the Sulphur Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting and discovered the young girl had been fatally shot. The investigation led authorities to conclude that Bass was responsible for her daughter's death. She has been taken into custody, and her bond is set at $10 million.

The child’s father, Bradley Moss, told KPLC-TV he heard a loud noise and ran into the room, where he saw Bass holding a gun while their 2-year-old child cried for help.

“I almost lost two babies. I lost one because her mama wanted to send her to God,” Moss told KPLC-TV.
