This is why the jealousy thing makes a lot of sense. MAS snapped when TS was enjoying his "treat" a little too much and stabbed JL in a fit of jealousy. JMO

I haven't figured out how to double quote yet, but I agree with the photographer guy. Both those pictures look skewed to me. The center shot in the NC photos look like it was taken in a convex mirror and his recent one a concave. Or maybe that's backwards. I should have paid attention in school. I think his recent photo looks squished and the NC photo looks like it was expanded. Like when I try and put a pic I took on my desktop and click... fit to screen.

New Orleans East is on the way to Mississippi so it would make sense they would tell Jaren that so as not to alarm her about their destination until it was too late. By the time she realized there no party (if that was the story they gave her) it would be too late to her to try and get away.

The area of new Orleans East is largely deserted since Katrina and there have always been long stretches of highway seemingly in the middle of no where right past New Orleans East (going towards Mississippi) with wooded or swamps area on either side of the highway. It is spooky late at night to be driving there because you are miles from civilization and in a desolate and spooky area.

Thanks Swamp Mama for describing this aarea for me.. not being local, nor having even visited les than a handle full of times in my life leaves me clueless as to the majority of areas involved in this case(except for of course for my handy dandy tour guide MR. YELLOW STICK MAN GOOGLE). So its greatlyy appreciated to have locals describe these areas giving those of us who otherwise wouldn't have the slightest clue..

There is also the issue of attorneys. Lawyers from LA can't practice in another state unless they are licensed to. So when and if MAS and TS are extradited to Mississippi they will have to be appointed new lawyers from that state.

ok so is there anyway we can all work together to work on a timeline (with sources) for where TS lived and when, and also when he was in jail and not?

I would love to put together a map showing his locations and times, and then cross reference that with any unsolved missing women's cases in those areas during the times he lived there. But, I'm having a hard time finding all of those details and keeping them straight. Thought a map might be helpful as we move forward in this investigation.

I just keep thinking that if he did in fact commit this horrific murder, that it can't have been his first go around.

She strikes me as the kind of woman who allows a creep to move in and he ends up molesting her children while she is oblivious because she so desperately wants to keep her man. God knows we have see WAY too women like that. From what I understand MAS has 2 children but I assume they must be (and have been for a long time) in someone else's custody and care (thank God!!).

Friends had reported that they assumed MAS and TS were married because she was always posting that they had gotten married. There is at least one quickie chapel in the FQ so that would seem plausible had he seemed so inclined. But I don't think he ever wanted to marry her, she was just another woman to use. But he may have held that over her head saying they could marry after he had his one last "treat".

Then I am reminded of Karla Homolka and her husband/partner in crime. Karla was so desperate to please him that she agreed to help him drug and molest her younger sister to make up for the fact that Karla was not a virgin when they met. So he figured he was "owed" a virgin and Karla was willing to sacrifice her sister for him and obtained the meds to drug her and even helped to molest her and film it. The younger sister died in the process, I think from vomiting and choking on it and it was ruled an accident and they were not implicated. Karla went on to have a huge wedding with Paul, even complaining that her sisters funeral took money away from HER wedding. Wow, what a piece of work she is!

So I can certainly see your theory as being plausible, incredibly so. I think MAS is up to this to her ears. Based upon her being a local and a FQ regular, she would know about the French Quarter serial killer and figured they could get away with killing her.

Who knows, she have even enjoyed the killing and aftermath based upon one of her favorite movies as listed in her FB page. She had "Saw" listed as a favorite movie. While I have never seen that movie (just NOT my kinda movie) I presume it is heavy on the gore and blood and torment.

it is also a highly crime infested part of New Orleans....i know i live on the northshore and a friend of mines four wheeler was stolen...it was later traced down in New Orleans East...when he tried to get the police involved he said it seemed as if they were beating around the bush to help him...i believe even law enforcement is afraid of this part of town....which is y i wouldnt be surprised if they went out there beng that its dark and deserted drugged her had their way and possibly left her

When her body began to show up its possible they got scared died yheir hair and freaked bc they knew they were last seen with her and they knew had they not left her she wouldnt have been killed...

IMO, I don't think it's a bad thing that MAS is in a psych ward for an evaluation. Her mental status examination will likely show her to be non-psychotic, not delusional, etc. I know it has been speculated (reported?) that she suffers from drug addiction. Therefore, assuming she has fully detoxed, she won't be able to recant any statements she makes in subsequent interrogations with LE once she is deemed psychologically stable (e.g., she can't claim withdrawals 'made' her say things that weren't true because she wasn't in her 'right mind'). JMO, but this could wind up being a good thing
from a LE standpoint.

Not necessarily. Because criminal law is so state specific it'd be in their best interest to use local council. If they wanted to use their same attorney from La. they could(if the attorney agrees, of course). The La. attorney could petition the Miss. Court to do so. It would be filing a Pro Hac Vice. My husband has done this in Texas during civil cases.

IMO his nostrils are the give-away. The front/tip edge of his left nostril (right side as you look at the pix) flares up very differently than his right nostril, & is evident in all the pix above.

(Also IMO, "nostril" is a silly word.)

There have been no charges brought against the two suspects for Jarens murder.You would think if they were involved that the police would have found some evidence somewhere,at least in their car,but nothing has been said that any real evidence has been found.As far as their storys not adding up that could be because they could have been doing something else that they were ashamed of and lying about but not nessecarily the murder.

Also, it doesn't matter if they were married. If she agrees to take the stand she HAS to testify and answer ALL questions. HOWEVER, it's her constitutional right NOT to take the stand.

Regarding the issue that both above bolded are speaking of, MAS as the possible aggressor and actual murderer is something that I, too agree is a very real possibility.. I know that some would adamantly disagree, possibly even those who have personal knowledge of Margaret as well as if even somewhat limited amount of interaction with her may not see this as a very likely possibility.. however I do find it a viable option and for some of the descriptions given about Margaret IMO as reasons for my personally finding it to be a not so far fetched theory about how/why Jaren was killed in those early morning hours of Wednesday, June 6 ..

Her emotional/mental "break down" that we are presently seeing is IMO par for the course as was described by one of our members who knows of Margaret in that she is known to have these emotional breakdowns(ie. Continued emotional breaking down crying as a way to get out of situations that she finds herself in) ..this was described several days ago, way before we ever even knew that Margaret was having a continued issue emotionally/mentally while incarcerated.. that's why the minute that I heard this latest I truly believe this to be Margaret being Margaret and is her attempt at once again getting out of a bad situation to which she suddenly finds herself within.. IOW manipulation at its finest.. nothing new there and she by far is not a new species of female criminal minds.. she's much like the many others that came before her in her attempting to manipulate this dire situation of which she is totally immersed within.. hoping like hell that her good ol tactic of just breaking down and continued, never ending crying will somehow miraculously work to get her outta the fine mess she's in...good luck with that one, Marg! You by far aren't the first nor will be the last who've attempted at a myriad of emotional manipulations in hopes of it working "in there" just as it worked "out here" in the free world for ya.. nope! It won't..

But back to her as possibly being the one to actually stab Jaren.. as I said its definitely an option that I'm going to keep on the table at this point.. her desperate, needy nature IMO are just one of the multitude of characteristics that IMO would have been in play in this situation..very quickly ill give a small example of what I mean and why Jaren was different.. because i do firmly believe that their picking up a girl that night was NOT THEIR FIRST TIME AT THE RODEO in their bringing another female into their sex life.. just as Margaret, herself told Sheila Nand in her attempting to persuade Sheila to join them for a threesome that night.. she told Sheila that she actually looked alot like a girl that the couple had brought home and had a threesome with on another,previous night.. in attempting to put this in the most polite terms possible,. This "look" of previous women that they had involved prior ...well.. IMO Jaren quite obviously was in an entirely different league.. I'm assuming most get the gist of what I'm meaning with that.. Jaren IMO was a beautiful woman.. a woman who people were automatically drawn to for not only her looks, but just as much for her personality.. there was a reason her nickname was "Riot" because from all accounts Jaren was a Riot to be around.. funny, vivacious, full of life, a pure joy to be around..and not just sometimes.. Jaren was ALWAYS LIKE THIS.. PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY LOVED TO BE AROUND JAREN..

so you see IMO Jaren was EVERYTHING that Margaret WAS NOT, nor ever could be.. what Jaren had naturally both physically, mentally(and no doubt Jaren was mentally strong.. her life's challenges only making her stronger) , and personality wise was everything THAT MARGARET DID NOT HAVE PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, OR PERSONALITY WISE..

IMO those traits Terry much was attracted to and likely played into his personally choosing her when entering into Temptations and seeing her.. this IMO of course making Margaret hate Jaren all the more.. Jaren was hand picked by Terry in Temptations after Margaret had miserably failed at approaching and propositioning 2 dancers next door at Stilettos.. thereby making Terry take over the reins in approaching and successfully propositioning one of the girls to leave with them.. IMO all of these issues further created turmoil in Margaret emotionally.. she'd miserably failed at getting a treat for her man.. he likely told her how miserably she failed as well as told her he'd take over in getting one of the girls and then when that girl turned out to be of all girls.. to be the beautiful, vivacious Jaren.. well.. that was just more than IMO Margaret could handle..

At this point ill leave it at that regarding my reasons for believing it very likely could in fact be Margaret who stabbed Jaren in the chest.. that wound alone IMO says so very much.. not only is it as personal as personal gets in modes of murder.. but it being known that it was indeed in the CHEST(NOT FROM BEHIND IN THE BACK) ..also IMO speaks volumes in the murderer wanting to see the fear in the victims eyes as she sees it coming.. as well as continues to see the terror and pain as the stab is inflicted..
IMO it doesn't get more personal than that...and IMO that fits a helluva lot more with Margaret as the murderer just for the couple reasons aforementioned ..rather than TS as the murderer.. jmo..

At this point it truly is too early to know for certain either way.. but i will say that i very much have Margaret as an equal(if not greater) participant in my mind at this time..that opinion can very well change as new and different info/details continue to come to light...

That's my biggest fear at this point. Because they are holding them on basically minor stuff, it tells me that LE are scrambling and running out of time. If they had hard evidence they would be charged with the crime in a NY second.

LE only processed the house for 5 hours. Sounds like it was 5 hours of looking and not finding. Also, there have been other cases where possible evidence was processed quickly so that charges could be filed.

I have thought this at times too! I think its a good possibility they might have done something wrong that they were ashamed of but not the murder....IDK why the LE hasn't brought anymore out on them BC it seems as ignorant as these two are that LE should have been able to easily find something more on them by now!

I'm just speculating at this point tho! I'm not sure about anything as this case continues to become, to me, stranger and stranger...I do hope MAS does say something bc I KNOW SHE KNOWS SOMETHING AND THERE IS SOMETHING SHE NEEDS TO SHARE!! And her being in the mental ward is right where it is likely to come out!

I'm hopeful anyway and maybe like previous poster was saying she wont be able to rehash on what she tells if she is proven mentally stable....so hopefully she will get her brain right and fess up all she needs to fess up!!! IDU why she hasnt yet!!! IDU it would be in her best intrest....maybe she is waiting to be able to get a deal is the only thing I can think

She probably wants to get off with a lesser charge than that of a death or life sentence...JMO
