To continue along the same train of thought as my above post re: Jaren's phone and its pings being tracked.. quite possibly even as accurately as tracked by GPS with any of the newer model phones..

The same too goes for TS/MAS cell phones.. IMO it holds the most valuable info that is key to what their frame of mind was and when that frame of mind changed.. therefore their needing to destroy any form of tracking done by their cell phones..

If this was in FACT NOT PREMEDITATED as most of us believe then IMO with their being 3 adults involved there IMO would be definite cell phone's with these 3 adults.. when did those cell phones lose their tracking abilities? ..no premeditation then there should be clear tracking of where these phones went..

If all 3 of these cell phones are not able to be traced via ping triangulation/GPS tracking from a point very soon after 2:30am then IMO we have a situation much more evil and intentional than i believe it to be.. their having shown their faces on known video surveillance leads me to believe that THIS WAS NOT PREMEDITATED...STRONGLY INDICATIVE THAT MURDER WAS NOT INTENDED WHEN THEY LEFT THE FQ..

BELIEVING THAT TO BE THE CASE THEN THERE IS ZERO REASON THAT THERE SHOULD NOT BE THE ABILITY TO TRACK EXACTLY WHERE THE THREE WENT(and that includes those who believe they delivered Jaren to someone else) ..this too should be easily available by pings/GPS..

Moo but the knowledge of this specific issue is key to knowing what the intent was and when that frame of mind had changed.. jmo..

This is the site that Terry Christopher Speaks (or whoever), I'm afraid, is able to spot and pick out victims (regarding the serial killer theory).

I was able to look up a dozen beautiful young women, figure out their locations and get a link to their information within minutes - and I'm not even technology savvy. Don't even have fb. This is shocking to see what these young beautiful girls are innocently advertising (their beautiful selves) here.

He was "missing" from 2005 - 2006 and located in San Diego.

He was reportedly in Pennsylvania in 2009, but that detail's been gobbled up and now shows up linked to the 2011 "absconder" tag. So I have no idea if he was in Pennsylvania in 2009 or 2011.

His Jan 2010 conviction was for

So if the residence violation was noted in April 2009, he could have been anywhere in the country until his conviction on that count in January 2010.

What I want to know is -

When was he working on Bourbon Street for two years?​

When he failed to register in April of 2009 AFTER he was released from prison (27 January 2009) he disappeared again until he was picked up - somewhere ? - and convicted of failure to register on January 28, 2010.

It looks like he was able to just take off again. So he was 'gone' most of 2009 and most of 2010 - he took off both times. So most of 2009, most of 2010 and most of 2011 (who had him in custody in Feb. 2011? - don't know), he was on the lam.

Someone look to make sure his charges on January 28, 2010 only included various types of probation. Not sure what 'split' means - haven't gotten that far. It looks to me that he took it to mean he was supposed to split (as in leave) and that's what he did.

I see no sentencing as in jail time for the January 2010 conviction below snipped from TIMELINE:

Sentence: Suspended Sentence,Special Probation of 36 months SUPERVISED.

Only thing of any difference is that 36 months of his probation was to be supervised what aa joke.. as I stated on timeline i was appalled that after being incarcerated for a 4year sentence(tho served under 3 years) ..he is released and is rearrested less than 3months later.. which to me clearly say that he thinks the consequences are a joke and are in no way whatsoever a deterrent to him to keep reoffending ..thereby meaning lleaving only more victims in his wake.. my point is that there is no reason Jaren should be dead because he never should have had the opportunity to be in NO!

SmoothOperator, another thing regarding the cell phone issue. I'd like to know if they had phones on them when they were arrested. If so they should be able to look at the records. OR did they have brand new cell phones? That could be an interesting twist. If their phones were new, why? When/where/how were they purchased? Were they phoneless when they were arrested? Questions, questions.

I heard that claim too. Another neighbor said 'a couple or a few months' which, of course, would be half that time.

Then the people on the street in the Quarter said TS had been around MAS at least since Mardi Gras 2012. Now the strip club people claim he's been around longer but there is vast differences in what they've said. Manager of Stilletos said under one year, gone two months.
That CS chick said he worked there two years. Which is it? Why the different perceptions?

I read too that the place he got fired from was another place altogether - some name (can't remember) bar.

It's impossible to draw conclusions based on the peoples' recollections as they were just casually saying what they think they remember.
At first it sounded as if he had just arrived in New Orleans recently (like maybe in 2012), then we began hearing about his long sketchy work history there. :waitasec: Don't know what's true.

They're not advertising. The site is pulling their info from other sites. If your FB profile isn't locked down, these info crawlers grab stuff and add it to other stuff that's available on the Internet.

Everybody who has any kind of social networking profile is findable in these databases.

If your name is mentioned on your employer's website, that gets pulled into your profile. If you contribute to a political party, the aggregate site will list you as a member of that party. Spokeo can provide addresses, associates, estimated property values, how old you are, if you have children.

It's an unfortunate fact of life that if a profile using your name exists, these aggregator bot sites will pull that info in.

I am also more curious about it. Even looking it up on 7 pages of google search results really gave me nothing to go on. I have never heard the term "kitchen offender" before and would also like to know the origin of it.

From what I can tell, it has to do with laws pertaining to sex acts involving underage people and how they came about do to social media exposure and bad judgement in what they display and send to others, some of whom end up being dirty old men and pedophiles and opportunists. Also what is considered and, if a kid posts it, are they responsible.
Very complex and layered as to who is responsible and ultimately to blame - the chicken or the egg?

From what I can tell, 'Kitchen' is a person's name that is used when technology is involved in RSO charges having been brought forth. Like when a perp finds a victim due to communication that began over the Internet. It is a section within the broader crimes against children (Adam Walsh) and other related crimes. I believe the term 'Kitchen' stems from the name of the person in the Supreme Court case out of Pennsylvania (linked).

First I heard of this specific term. Apparently, there is a whole set of National Guidelines (13 parts/sections) for Kitchen Offender Registration and Notification.

If TCS met his 14 yo victim via the Internet, then this may be why he is referred to as a 'kitchen offender'. Have we read/seen the specifics of his 2003 offense?

I wonder if the true crime show that the news said MAS will be on is "Final Witness" on ABC. The New Orleans episode is about the French Quarter murder and dismemberment of Addie Hall by her boyfriend Zackery Bowen (who commited suicide days later) in 2006. It will be airing on July 4.

The description of the show on this link says there will be first person accounts from their friends, family, and others. Maybe MAS was friends with one or both of them. And if so...wow.

Thanks for this. In a conversation I read, they referred to 'steaks' (the target or victim, even if willing participant) and 'a grilling offense', whatever that means. It seems the terminology surrounding this 'world' is all about common things done in or that come out of one's kitchen. Wow!
