Hmm...she was due to appear in court on October 16, 2006.
Isn't that also the day Zack jumped?

Not familiar with DMT so I looked it up and ran across the above article out of PA.
It gives a little info about the drug and says it's the first bust of this type in PA!
Wasn't there a timeline posted about jail time for TS?
If so does anyone remember his whereabouts on October 23, 2010?
This is the date on the PDF form for TCS.
TCS associated with LWPM does have an NPI number - which leads me to understand that he would be able to bill through medicaid? Am I wrong in how I'm thinking? Just searching down all leads on TS and his past.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post this or not? If not please remove it or tell me too and I will:

He was sentenced on January 28, 2010, to 36 months special probation (split).
Maybe the map going from San Diego to Mount Airy was his was of showing his 'customers' where they could come buy drugs.
Iirc, TCS was picked up in SD for his RSO Residence Violations as of April 3, 2009. Not sure of the date he was apprehended in SD.
For shame, how did you know that? They were legendary for being bizarre. Sorry, just lurking from the doldrums that inhabit the MS case & trying to go through old posts. She owned a large, well known house in the Garden District which hosted some amazing parties too, although that isnt recently.
From what I've been scanning today, it looks as though the Ministeries does have a NC license. I would think that means they can bill insurance providers. Looking at the facility, I'm thinking it's basically a sham operation.
I'm thinking on the same line as you are. :what:I'm starting to think he billed for care rendered to his own aliases.
According to the person I talked to at the ATG medicare office, the only reason for someone to have a NPI is so they can bill medicare/caid.

Precisely, Watson.
I think if you're operating under a licensed entity, the individual provider does not have to be licensed.
How the heck did the Ministeries get licensed, though?
Has anyone heard anything about JL phone, if it has been found or where the last ping came from?
It was. It was for possession & assaulting a police officer with a weapon..I don't have it in front of me, sorry.
Have you found a license number for the facility? I don't see it listed anywhere. From what I've been scanning today, it looks as though the Ministeries does have a NC license. I couldn't find any corporate filings, but maybe that's difficult to access in NC. The business address is 8.7 miles from the RSO database address for TCS
From what I could tell about applying for NPI numbers, you don't have to be a corporation. It's amazing how different individual states manage medical licensing and the like.
I'm very, very, obsessively curious about how TCS would have put all of this together. It's not a terribly sophisticated concept, but there are many bureaucratic steps involved. I'm starting to think he billed for care rendered to his own aliases.
It must be that time of day when I should stop thinking.
There is a website where some of the people that work on bourbon are posting that TS is or was a heroin dealer and that the night this took place he was taking DMT!
After getting in trouble yesterday about links I'm nervous about putting this one.
According to the assessor's records the address listed for the LWPM is owned by a non-healthcare related business. There's no direct link, but if you zoom in on the map and click on the location, you can identify the parcel by using the tools at the top.
