@Justice4Jessica
Is there anyway a civil suit can be filed in the death of Jessica?

Great question!@Justice4Jessica

Who else lived there that was an adult male? And there has to be a link, otherwise it's just rumour.
In general, SM accounts can be faked, screenshots doctored and posts deleted. Personal SM posts (or their screenshots) aren't allowed here if they are not the victim's or the official suspect's, both for credibility and privacy reasons. If this person is not an official suspect, then thir SM is off limits, unless specific posts have been made public by MSM and then those can be addressed. (all MOO)There is a link to the screenshots of the messages sent by Justin. These have been verified by multiple podcasts now. Tabloid journalism should have told you by now that a primary source is better than a random article printed online that says, "sources say...". If you want to question everything the people closest to Jessica say, then that is fine, even if I believe her sisters and best friend but I'm willing to admit that it's fine to question things without back up evidence but their word if you're so inclined. But there are screenshots of the damn messages out there. They have put out primary sources. What more do you want?! Wanting a "link" to an article just reinforces the fact that the media and police never gave this case the attention it should have had in the first place!
I haven't noticed any "primary sources". I haven't really heard anyone who knew her or him. There are no verified insiders in this case unless they were verified in the last couple of weeks. We don't want to become another Reddit with constant rumours. At least I don't want that.There is a link to the screenshots of the messages sent by Justin. I don't see a "verified insider". There is a reason Websleuths verifies insiders. Anything else is opinion and rumour unless the person is "verified". How do you know they are who they claim to be without verification?I don't know about verification, but both Jessica's friend, Maria, who started the police investigation, and her sister Audrey are both here. Don't know how much closer you want than that.
This case is still active, so there may well be some things that can't be disclosed.
I doubt he would know how the case was investigated unless he was part of the investigation.We did an interview with 10-41 podcast with former marine and 21 year veteran detective
He has alot to say about how NOPD mishandled Jessica's case. You can find the podcast on my Twitter. As always

But then again..this is probably just a rumor.
The police say he did report her missing the day she went missing. Go down to the 3rd paragraph Missing Lakeview woman's body recovered in August, coroner saysOf course it's a 'mystery'. A woman goes missing in odd circumstances, husband doesn't report her missing to police, then a week later she is found discarded like rubbish - with a broken jaw. Yeah, BIG mystery. Not.
And while this is still a live case, and there is at least one person out there, if not more, who knows the truth, I hope they know they are being watched...
No, it's not a freak of nature. It looks like either suicide or accidental from what I read in the media. Justice is for crimes, and the police haven't declared her death a crime.Every day that goes by makes me sick to my stomach. Jessica did not just wind up dead on the side of the road, blocks from her house, for no reason. This was not just some 'freak of nature accident'. This sickens me. I just feel for her family, her friends. I was fortunate enough to get out of my situation and it was not easy, by any means. Justice needs to be served. MOO
