BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Almost two years after her brutal murder, the search for Allison Rice’s killer has grown cold. For the first time, police say they have obtained a surveillance video of her murder, but it hasn’t been much help in solving the case.
“But it was at a distance to where we were unable to identify those persons who were involved in this criminal act,” said Lt. L’Jean McKneely, Baton Rouge Police Public Information Officer
