I have a friend that lives on clover. I'm gonna text her and ask her if she remembers this. She has lived over there a few years. I'm at work til 6 will update tonight. Crazy my work is only about 2 miles from there.

If you can, make it out there and take pix!

I found the PERFECT match -- but he went missing 2011. :/ same nose, eyes, shape and he was homeless!! *sigh*

I got off work early and just seen your post. I will go there tomorrow and take a few picks. I wish we knew the exact address he was found. Haven't heard back from my friend yet.

Thanks dear :) I'm waiting to hear from the "Town of Mandeville" to see if anyone can tell me when that road was first paved or laid out or whatever the term is.

And Tss, I would die if he were a Randy. He's either a Randy or a Michael.

Nice find, gsandr. I agree with SwampMama. During that time we were hearing about bodies found and ID'd daily, so this didn't stand out in the news. It would have at any other time.

I suppose it's safe to assume the Wisconsin man was not a match.
The St. Tammany's Sheriff's Office received a tip the day after it released images of Pierson's replicas to the press in November 2006. Following up on the tip, officials were able to make a presumptive ID of the deceased man and were eventually able to locate a relative in Wisconsin in order to obtain a DNA sample.|

LOL I'm not sure when it was "first paved", but it was a paved road in 2004.

Great! I wonder if all those houses really were put up in 2008. Otherwise what was the point of the road of it wasn't residential (yet) in 2006?

Ugh the contact info on his doe page is outdated. I'm nervous about calling for some reason because I never know how to explain myself to LEO. Like "oh hey.... I'm an armchair detective... uh... so...."

If you talk to anyone see if you can get a address of where he was found. I'm gonna go take a picture on my lunch in about a hour.

I haven't called the Sheriff's office aside from the listed contact on his DOE page. I reached out to the man who did the bust of the decedent, and am waiting to hear back. My boss is in the office so I can't call right now :X

I can see why he'd pick that road. I wonder, what is the rest of the town like? Heavily populated? Sparsely wooded?

There was a very nice lady outside... I stopped to ask her if she had heard of this man. .. lots of info... This is a picture of the tree she said he was hanging from. When her neighbors were building there house back in 2006 and clearing there land is when this man was discovered. She thought he had been identified right away because she never heard anything else about him. They questioned everyone on Lotus rd. but never came back and told them anything. She said another neighbor was told it was ruled a suicide. I guess she is not as nosey as us...lol. This is all here say that a lady that lives on that street told me. So I'm not 100% sure of any of it. View attachment 42350
