I'm thinking it was mistake by mods when they changed the thread to identified.

There seems to have been some confusion over this gentlemen's identity. The thread title has been changed to reflect that this decedent has been identified, but his identity is currently unknown. If anyone finds something that does confirm his identity, please post here and alert your post. Thanks so much!
