Makes me wonder if anyone who knows someone that has a WT like the one they are looking for, and has some excuses for not driving it at the moment, perhaps they better think on it for awhile.

I dunno, in Lafayette you could honestly pretty much get away with driving it anyway... there really are SO many.

I hate to say this, but some of my family members were JOKING about how many white trucks there were parked outside of our crawfish boil alone...

Or it could be in the "repair" shop.
As much media coverage as this has had, THAT would throw up a HUGE red flag as well...

I wonder what is making Mr. Abdella focus less on the Z71. If he has descriptions of 2 perps, were they in another vehicle or on foot?

If they were on foot, I'd like my demerits removed, please.

Perp on foot?

Oh, mine was OK for the first 24 years.

I don't consider it a failure, just over.

-When are we getting suspect descriptions?!

BBM, thank you for those words. I'm in the process of getting divorced and although I believe it is for the best and am usually at peace with it, I do have to remind myself sometimes.

Not if you were scared of being pulled over and had DNA evidence in there!

I don't mind the over crowding to much because my ex husband was the type that if I would go try to sit with him on the same couch he would get up and move having someone who always wants to around you is way better then having someone who dont ever want to be around you!

Maybe. Unless the perp has a buddy who fixes cars "on the side" or something. He could pay the guy cash for the repairs.

Time for Chicken Fried to check in, been a while since I've seen him here. Very much looking forward to what he may have to add.

If the perp WAS in the WT, I am sure he hasn't been driving it. This would throw up red flags all over the place with people that know him...

But that should throw out red flags as well. If someone knows someone who normally drives one and now they don't. But, then again the PI said not so focused on white truck. Hmmm.

Gotta go for a meeting, be back later and hope there is some news. Or Mickey is found!

Maybe I misunderstood...I thought there were 2 witnesses / 1 description.

Pretty shocked no one has come forward/been found yet as the driver of that truck!!! Must really have something to hide!!! Jmo...

Hugs to you, PJD! I just went through the same thing earlier this year.

Take each day as it comes. Some will be better than others.

Was married a few decades, got sick of looking at him. I left. =D

Maried almost 47 yrs, can't see too well though and he dosen't mind my Websleuths adiction.

THEN, you would have to worry about the buddy on the side being suspicious and turning the tip in and or talking to his wife, etc...

This is what I'm thinking. It seems that it would be easier to have a description of someone on foot as opposed to someone driving a vehicle.

Yep, seeing that the other two vehicle drivers went straight to LE, and were ruled out.

Currently going through a legal separation with 2 small children here = NOT FUN!

Well, they'd have to have a vehicle somewhere, but maybe they assaulted her and then took her to a vehicle vs. hitting her with a vehicle.

2 witnesses and 2 poi's:

The private investigator tracking Mickey Shunick's disappearance says he has credible information about two people who could be involved in her disappearance. John Abdella says two people who don't know each other called him with almost identical descriptions. The calls were made days apart, and he believes something good will come out of this. Abdella is not releasing the descriptions. He'll notify police first.
