BINGO. You can bet that the Chamber of Commerce and the university are very sensitive about perceptions regarding crime. This stuff goes on all the time.

During Bundy's reign of terror, the parents of students at FSU refused to send their children back after Christmas break. Enrollment was way off for several years later.

Jurors DO have to follow the law. They take an oath at the beginning of jury service that they will follow the law the court gives them. The court determines what the law is. The jury just decides what the facts are. Sounds like her attorney didn't do a good job of making her seem sympathetic.

I saw a movie about that...it was sad!

I hate to be off the track but has anyone seen the video of the home where the dude & chick were living in Kenner?

No, I saw a picture. Do you have a link to a video?

Re something under/close to passenger side front white truck wheel: An object is on the road --could be a backpack or something else because it has too many pixels to be a reflection. If you look at the other white truck going in the opposite direction and the Mickey-riding-on-her-bike-in-front-of-Circle K photo, there is nothing in those photos on the ground that would explain the item. MOO.

Because it's possible the video shows her falling down, the approach of the white truck, and it running over her already on the ground. There would then be no speculation about what happened.

What purpose would there be to cover up and hit and run? Do you think LE believes she was run over? Just curious thanks.

It's too bad LE doesn't have a detective on the staff that would be looking into this case as much as we are doing. 24/7 trying to find out what happened to mickey

It would really be good if the higher ups at LPD would put as much energy into this case as they are putting into protecting their own image!

What videos are you talking about?
doña: the one that bayoubecky & Shelly took of Mickey's route, way back in first week or so.

I am pages behind and this may have been addressed.....but

What is that hanging on the rear of the bed behind the passenger side? It is easy to see it now, and I believe it may have wording on it....a box of some sort?

I have looked at everything and cannot imagine what it is but I see it and so have others.

just google her name & you'll see it..

Thanks! I see it now:

Isabelle, there is one thing about her identity that has always bothered me that has never been addressed to my satisfaction.

We have two LE-released photos of who we have been told is Mickey. We have countless analysis of the pics and the pixilation including enlarged, animated, negative-ized, highlighted, circled, but ....

Where are the lights on her wheels and/or pedals? And for those who work with video analysis, where are the digital signatures for those light sources?

Are you sure she had actual lights on her wheels and pedals? I can see a reflector on the wheels in som photo's. The pic of her riding her bike in the daylight prior to her having gone missing only shows reflectors and the handle bar light.

I have seen many with the sticker on both sides, I think that's how they are sold. This particular VOI is a Chevy, according to LPD.

I guess it could be either way. I am certain that they don't always have them on both sides. There are three of them in my lot now. If you google 'z71' and look at images, you will see quite an array of them.

JMO~I just can't see if the family of M.S. that would have been shown the video of the still shots we are seeing, that they would be so collective the way they are. And I mean that with the utmost respect. I see hope in their faces and in their words. And this I'm speaking of from experience. I have a very, very close friend of mine who has been missing for 2 yrs. Just vanished and LE has no idea what happen. Now, with that being said, being in a somewhat similar situation, I nor my friends family could speak with hope if we were to visually see him in a accident at the time of him disappearing. But, again that its just me...............:candle:

During Bundy's reign of terror, the parents of students at FSU refused to send their children back after Christmas break. Enrollment was way off for several years later.

And, yet, the state could say it's 'illegal' to keep a kid out of school. See how that works?

I saw a movie about that...it was sad!

What's sad is the dumbed down condition of the American people. They should have refused to convict and erected a statue in her honor!

Pareidolia ( /pærdoli/ parr-i-doh-lee-) is a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, the man in the moon or the Moon rabbit, and hearing hidden messages on records played in reverse.

I have seen a thousand things in these pictures. Anything from devils to dogs to flying squirrels. I just try to think of what would logically be there and make it fit.

Her dad did say they thought it was an accident at the very beginning . Did't he say that in one of his interviews? And he seemed calm saying that

Sorry, but you are 100% wrong. This is a huge problem with a misinformed public. Nobody knows their history and just because government corruption has made people believe something does not make it true. People think SWAT teams have a right to break into people's homes and murder them, too. You are confusing force with what is lawful. Your duty is to your fellow citizen, the constitution and your conscience, not to some court. Please educate yourself:

I have a law degree, but thanks.
