I am really thinking this John Doe (Unidentified Person / NamUs #UP65578
Male, White / Caucasian) due to the proximity to New Orleans where he might have been working and the Gulfport Mississippi where this one was found...not long after last postcard either.

Good find! Those are fairly clear postmortems to someone who knew him. He's not dressed for deck work, but maybe came off a pleasure boat out with friends or an accident while solo?
