NOPD searching for missing teen who was forbidden from attending party by foster parent

•16 yr old, black, female
•last seen June 6 at her residence in the 8500 block of Dinkins Street
•is 6 feet tall and weighs 180 lbs

Williams wanted to go to a party but was forbidden to by her foster mother, according to the NOPD.

NOPD says, “Williams reportedly expressed interest in going to a party but had been forbidden by her foster mother.”
