Her teeth were in bad condition and she has never seen a dentist. Her healed fractures of the face, nose and ribs and the healed stab wound could indicate DV or maybe a MVA but that may not be exclusively right side, while DV is often one sided (left handed perp?).
Fashionwise, late 1970s or early 1980s fit well.

I hope she gets her name back and justice.
