I was thinking that, also it can't be a coincidence that nearly all the men have suffered substance abuse issues (you can add Rob to this list too), as well as a few of their friends, and from way back in the past too. I'm thinking perhaps the women are better at hiding their issues. Birds of a feather and all that.

Personally, I think Lam*r fell prey to the same psychological stardom problems that many athletes feel when they skyrocket to fame---"I just felt I was never really that good" type of thing. Same thing happened to D*c Go*den & Dar*l Strawb*rry.

Flawed, undeveloped maturity + character weaknesses combined with rapid fire notoriety and plenty of moolah/women never plays out well. Their fears of success & feelings of unworthiness overtakes them. They encircle themselves with "yes men" and those that stroke their ego for the instant gratification. Drugs comes next & the spiraling down the drain happens.
Once in a great while, someone like Strawb*rry will find God & pull himself out of it after hitting rock bottom.

As someone who has been a faithful viewer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe and Lamar, and any other Kardashian centric show that they have been in, I have to say that I disagree with your post. I know that the Kardashians are money hungry but they have done all they could to try and help Lamar with his addiction. Khloe especially has tired everything under the sun to try and help him. She may have been with other men after her and Lamar split up but that doesn't mean she doesn't care about him. Khloe has been worried about him since before they even split up. She loves him and I don't think has ever been able to get over him which is why her other relationships have never worked out. Kris was also very close with Lamar too so I knew this would hit her hard. It shows how much Khloe loves him just by these episodes of her trying to help him and even as recent as this past Sundays episode. She's not stopped trying to help him. The other Kardashian that was/is very close to him is Rob Kardashian who has addiction problems of his own who is very good friends with Lamar. I've been worried of this happen to him (Rob) as well so I hope what happened up to Lamar is a wake up call for him too. I know that Scott and Lamar were/are pretty close as well so I am glad Scott is also getting help.

If 2 people decide to divorce and agree to terms and signs everything. Then why is some lazy judge taking 3 months to seal the deal. This is the only reason she has a say on things.

Would you want your ex signing a do not resuscitate on your behalf if you know that they will only do it to get your estate. Especially since they have the right due to some lazy judge.

I don't think its a matter of being blind, I think its the recognition that if things do take a turn for the worse, this is the death of a human being we are talking about who was the love of Khloe's life. Sorry but if Khloe is forced to make that decision, I have a very hard time believing it would be to get her hands on his life insurance. How do we know he didn't have a life insurance policy for his children as well? Many times this is required when there is a custody agreement in place between two parents of minor children, so it's not too far fetched to think that he had a policy with his children as beneficiaries. Regardless, if it came to the scenario you described above, there's no way that Kris Jenner and more importantly Khloe, would allow his children to walk away with nothing. Hopefully Kris, as the business manager, would encourage it out of sheer human decency, but if she's as evil as your post makes her sound, then she would do it as a business move due to the good PR that would follow. IMO, kris Jenner is very aware of the devastation that the loss of a parent can cause for the surviving children because four of her six children, Khloe included, lost their father.

I feel fairly confident that Lamar has a Power Of Attorney signed somewhere where his attorney can provide it. Obviously he has an attorney, due to two divorces, a deceased son and still arguing with the ex-wife about child support. IMO any good attorney is NOT going to allow any ex-wife be a decider of a DNR for his/her client...especially with money involved. Even more so leave the ex alone in the hospital room with a patient on a life support device.
