I wonder if it not a photo of Lamar but a videotape. There is kinky out there, and some like to watch and be videotaped, who's to say old Hof doesn't offer that service too. Can you imagine if Lamar hadn't overdosed and they had to say he was there, if some blackmail could be in the wings. To me the place is very sad. I'd expect more lavish inviting furnishing, and not a trailer out in the desert that looked like a Holiday Inn with some cheap looking hookers.

In a place that far out, and they say they have fifty or more customers a day, just how much are others charged for a good time?

They have to be out in the desert because of all the laws surrounding brothels. And frankly, I don't think these men go there to look at lavish inviting furnishing. That is not what they are after. As long as hookers look inviting, it's all good.

Hof says he's pissed for 2 reasons. First, the ladies know there's a strict no drugs policy at the Ranch -- and secondly, he says they failed to tell management about the "snorting."

tmz was reporting before that his heart was responding well but his kidneys were not responding and were failing.

Lamar Odom almost did not make it to the Las Vegas hospital where he is currently being treated, RadarOnline.com has learned. According to an insider, his heart stopped several times in the ambulance en route to the facility, and medical professionals had to revive him.

According to the source, “Lamar had to be revived several times when his heart stopped en route to the hospital in Vegas from the hospital in Pahrump.” In medical terms, that’s called a “circulatory death.”

“He lost critical treatment time because he couldn’t be airlifted, and the trip took over an hour,” the source explained. “The emergency room doctor was communicating with the medical team in the ambulance for the entire trip, and the truck is equipped with defibrillator paddles, which were used to get Lamar’s heart beating again every time it stopped. His blood pressure was also dangerously low.”

You just don't come out of this with no damage.There were early reports of his heart failing too. I think a pacemaker was very likely one of the emergency procedures.

If he had fluid in his lungs they would insert a chest tube and let it drain.

Seems like Lamar is losing some ground, no matter who says he's better, talking and texting. Twelve strokes, failing kidneys, several "circulatory" deaths, early reports of heart failing, and now pneumonia, doesn't look like he's going to be out of ICU anytime soon. I wonder if he had a chest tube and to be intubated because of it. I keep think two emergency surgeries in the chest area, and what all was there and could fail or cause complications serious for two "surgeries".

Why would someone inject their self in the awkward area of a hip? Wouldn't they want to pay attention and not screw it up and do it in their thigh.It seems like someone else would pick the hip if the person was slumped in a fetal position.

It also seems the person was nervous and shaky to cause a bruise like that.Maybe Madison was off hiding and waiting for the others rmto find him. I'm not a medical person, but the throwing up blood seems like maybe they put things in his drink.Could someone from the medical add some input.I remember they screwed up drawing blood and I had a huge bruise on my inner elbow. I could only imagine an injection screwup would be a lot worse,with air bubbles getting in.
