but she never asks the guys if Caylee was there or if they had seen Caylee lately. Of course she had already smelled the car.....
It is most telling that she doesn't go through AL's apartment searching for signs of Caylee either. No mention or any sign of distress of looking for Caylee after finding Casey.

Actually, I would not be surprised if we eventually find out that all 4 Anthony's knew about little Caylee's demise before any 911 call. I cannot get Cindy's text message out of my mind where she texts Casey with, "Major problem.....Call me." Also, I find it odd that all of this came down on the SAME day Amy, Ricardo, and J.P. got back from Puerto Rico. I just have a hinky feeling that it was planned to explode on that day. I know I am pretty much alone in thinking this......but I do! I feel sorry for Amy, Ricardo, and J.P. being drawn into all of this.
Wow. I must have completely missed the text message! So this was on July 15th?

Usually I am a very compassionate person, but I cannot be compassionate in this case. I am infuriated.
I am so very glad there will be no 'on-camera' interviews so to speak. That will not last long, I bet. There should not be any TV or in print interviews with major witnesses in this case, IMO. I agree with family interviews with victims families if there is not a shadow of any suspicion hanging over them and no lying or coverups.
I have no sympathy for George, Cindy, or Lee because of their words and actions. George wanted to be buddies with LE because of his 10 years in LE. He had been out of LE for so long he did not realize that just about everything had changed. LE is not doing investigations the 'old fashioned' way. Information can be gleaned from many more sources that was not available then. There were no cell phones and pings to trace. Computers were dinosaurs used in big businesses. As computers evolved and just about everyone had a PC, Le and FBI could trace a persons 'footprints' on PC's and glean valuable information from them. DNA research had not yet evolved to the point it is today! George wanted an inside tract and knowledge and just did not get it, IMO.
I think the whole Anthony family have thought they were above the law and could snow LE and the FBI. I think the Anthony's underestimated them. They lied and they covered for Casey. They benefited and profited on their missing and murdered grandchild and pushed her to the back burner.
I do not want to hear or see another interview from anyone in the Anthony family. I want the focus to be back on Caylee and justice for her. I think they are even right now trying to think of a way to make the most of people's sympathy in the loss of their grandchild and neice. They may get lots of sympathy, but not from me. You do not ask for full immunity when you have done nothing wrong. I want anyone who played a part in this whole cover up, or whatever anyone wants to call it, to pay for it. My only sympathy is with the real victim - little Caylee.

So, an 'off camera interview' to say that there will be no 'on camera' interviews is just more Anthony spin and a bid for more sympathy. I think the Anthony's are afraid that LE is going to come down hard on them for any wrongdoing after Caylee's funeral/Memorial Service, and it is advantageous of them to put it off as long as possible.

All of the above is just my opinion alone, and is exactly how I feel! ..........

IDK...as a parent, sometimes we blame ourselves. GA seems to be the kind to take all the blame in that home. Maybe he feels is their fault that KC ended up like this. anyway, regardless of what your kids do, I don't think you can ever stop loving them. I feel he want to talk to her to get her to confess and ask for the mercy of the court perhaps.

I DO know what I am talking about. My husband and I have had to disown his own daughter and it is NOT easy. Something in life, you just have to do. His daughter is a sociopath JUST like Casey and instead of us continuing to support her horrible deeds and cover up for her as Casey's parents did we did the unthinkable. We decided we could no longer let her be in our lives and home as I was afraid for my own daughter's life who is younger. It is a long story, but I just wanted to show that I did just what I think George should have done to save Caylee. It is hard but probably saved my youngest daughter's life. And NO, you don't ever stop loving them, but you grow to hate the person they have become. NOT the person you raised.

Thank you for posting this jujube! Wow, LA moved back home! What about his pregnant girlfriend?

I wish we had confirmation Lee's girlfriend is pregnant. I can not imagine being her & allowing my baby to be that home. Knowing them they will probably make Caylee's room into that babies room. Lee must be in Casey's old room. Kind of say's they are real sure she aint coming home.
Another thought I had was, did they have Lee move back into the home in case they are arrested?

So what's the big difference in on camera and off camera video until after the funeral?
That makes no sense to me....he still did an interview...just not on camera...and spoke about a few things that he said could be shared??? Whatever that means...to me it means, they still haven't learned to shut up!

Also, if he wants to see Casey, then what's stopping him? Ooops, those darn cameras in jail! Or Casey doesn't want to see him/them...either way, why "share" this information? ARGHH...........

Unbelievable ploy for sympathy and attention, as they've done throughout this entire tragedy...ridiculous, IMO!

there are still many more things they can't reveal and they will tell us all about how they can't reveal them in their next interview on the Today show!

I personally think the major problem text message was because they found out that the car had been impounded.

Oh I so wanna know what happened during those 31 days,I bet there's a lot we don't know!
And you're not the only one.I don't necessarily think that CA calling 911 is a sign of her innocence. They HAD to report her missing at some point or else people would have started asking questions.

Well, I believe that something happened to Caylee as a result of that argument that happened between Casey and Cindy the evening of June 15th. I further believe that the kidnapping story was not suddenly hatched on July 15th. With it being said that sometimes there is a grain of truth in what Casey says, I think there WAS a script to follow, but it was one agreed on by the whole family. Only Casey did not follow her part of the script point by point. She probably was supposed to report Caylee as having been kidnapped. At the point of the 911 calls, Cindy can be heard saying that she could go get a court order if that was the way Casey wanted to play it. IMO, that was to get Casey to go ahead with the kidnapping story. Actually, Cindy probably could not have really gotten a court order because Casey is the mother and you cannot make a daughter allow visits with Grandparents. Cindy could have reported Caylee as missing if she had wanted to just to call LE's attention to it. Then the questions may have come. In most cases, Grandparents really cannot force visitation privilages.

Whatever it turns out to be, I think we may all be surprised. Just IMO, as always!

The car was cleaned hours before CA tracked KC down and became infuriated with her. When Ca wasn't getting any answers she got pissed off and called 911....about her car being stolen and the money.....Caylee was an afterthought. Ca didn't call for anyone to look at the car. She called because her daughter pissed her off.

ETA: think about it. She didn't even ask TonE where Caylee was. But she sure told him KC was gonna steal from him

It is interesting she didn't ask Tony or anyone else in that house where Caylee was. WOuldn't that have been the FIRST thing out of your mouth?

I think the major problem was that the car smelled like decomposition - Cindy and George darn well knew what that smell was!

The video of her the day the remains were found coming out of the As house, (taking care of pets) she didn't look PG to me. She had on regular clothes from what I could tell. Overweight but, not pregnant.
Maybe someone has a photo and can post it?
TIA
IMO

Like others, I CAN'T believe they stay in that house, and with Lee, yet? Where is his pregnant girlfriend?

Very well said and explained, mybrokenwings! I just feel this is exactlty what GA must be feeling. guilt, remorse, about what he knew he should have done earlier that could have prevented this. His interview with the FBI reveals this guilt when he admits he knew something was not right with KC and how she had changed in the last couple of years and how he had suspected she was not working. He knew what he should have done then, yet, maybe b/c of CA, did not take action and practiced tough love as you've mentioned. CA apparently had been advised by the couselor to do exactly the same as you are saying. So, so sad. but I would not want to ever have to be put in that predicament. I feel for you as well.
so sorry for the decisions that you've had to make. Not ever easy, I'm sure.
I'm sure as a parent you always hope the child will change and perhaps this is why some wait too long to do what must be done. GA appears to me to be completely torn and filled with guilt because "he knew" and did nothing when he might have been able to prevent the loss of his grandaughter... At least in his mind.

I am uncertain as to the timing but I believe that text message was right before they picked the car up. If it were after they picked the car up, most definitely the major problem was even more "major".

George says at some point "it's hard to live with three women."
Honestly,I don't know how he survived, maybe he just gave up and he's accepting everything because he lost the desire to fight with Cindy and the like.
Weird though that he says 3 women,,,I don't know how you can call Caylee a woman.

Maybe it was a shot at Lee. LOL
