Such good people. Laura's mom always struck a chord with me, trying to keep a smile speaking to MSM knowing that's what she had to do even if it wasnt her style.
I am sure they would prefer the thousands of barn images be replaced with images of Laura for everyone to see. I hope the call they get from LE is that the lead was false and there was no sign or trace of Laura.
I still would not be surprised if this search was actually not for LB rather for drugs and that was the "new information" from their investigation. Once again using Laura's disappearance for a different purpose but who cares, I guess if it gets her name and face out there thats all that matters. Maybe LB's family should get the Bosma's PR friend involved, he sure helped them get the word out fast. Imagine if the students of U of T were organized and mobilized to help Laura?
I have nieces here in Toronto. I have to admit while there was no direct connection, my own niece and LB have a "mutual friend" on FB, likely a UofT connection as my niece goes there too. It gave me goosebumps to see my own niece's photo near Laura's when I clicked on one of Laura's friends in what I think was one of her last posts (months before the disappearance though). Laura was a promising bright student. These things can happen to anyone.
I did question my niece but couldnt remember the mutual friend's name at the time. She didnt appear to know anything about LB or DM but she'd heard of the test drive murder victim from kijiji. (TB) I'm sorry but shouldnt LB's face be all over campus and posted everywhere within the younger community? What use is it being viewed only by people who watch the news?
I pray she is alive and doing what she wants to do. I also pray she finds out her family is looking for her and she decides to touch base so they can breathe again.
