Court saw the last outgoing call was made at 7:03 p.m. on July 3, 2012.

It lasted 60 seconds and seemed to be consistent with checking voicemail. Fortier explained that after the phone number was entered, three digits were pressed, similar to a password.

The call, she testified, was transmitted through a cell site in Etobicoke, in the west end of Toronto. Court has previously heard Millard lived in that area at the time — about 450 metres from the tower.

So was it confirmed her last 8 calls were to DM? I just saw that her last call got voicemail. So why would she be calling him if she's at his house? And him not answering? Maybe she just went to his house and he wasn't there or was ignoring her.?

I have trouble thinking they were at Maplegate for the murder. Didn't he have roommates and also his dad living there?

I'd like to know where the Dexter type video was made? DM had been looking for a location for MS's music career. Could they have rented an industrial building?
(speculation)

I missed that! Don't remember a tweet like that.

It may not have been tweeted, but I can confirm that it was part of the Crown's opening.

In the garage at the party, he mentioned a lake I believe.

Testimony at trial was:
“We burned a girl and threw her in the lake. We killed someone,” Liberatore said Smich told him.

“Did he say he killed somebody?” Crown lawyer Jill Cameron asked Liberatore.

“I don’t think he said it exactly like that,” Liberatore said. “He said ‘we burned a body and threw it in the lake.’”

The call at Maplegate was to voicemail, not Millard.

(Whois Adam?)

It was a spell check for DM. I was correcting when you typed back. I have not introduced another character into the mix [emoji3]

I think SL had specified that the last 8 'outgoing' calls were to DM.. he prob didn't count the VM call, since it wasn't really TO anyone?

The bill distinctly shows 8 outgoing calls to DM's number plus 1 call checking VM.

You know, I remember AM's "I remember" tattoo with the image of the girl. I went back to see it to refresh my mind, and oh my heck, I don't remember the 2nd "I remember" tattoo that shows the skull and flames.
That's the part that floors me!

We've seen a total of three sets of phone records and three separate maps.

Rubelo created a powerpoint presentation to track the movements of three mobile phones connected to Babcock and Millard and Smich, from July 3, 2012 to July 4, 2012.

Didn't he get his employee to run the hose in the backyard for a long time...so I'm thinking there was blood there possibly?

That was at Millard's house on Riverside Drive.

There's only one "I remember" tattoo by the looks of it. The flaming skull appears to have been added later and it was likely to cover up something else..

The Crown opening also stated that DM ordered a new mattress from Sleep Country, and needed it immediately. When the store couldn't arrange delivery within the timeframe DM requested, DM used a 3rd party delivery service to get the mattress there asap. What wasn't clear was whether this mattress was for Maplegate.

Why can't they mention the TB case? It would establish a pattern. IMO the prosecution's motive is wrong, DM didn't murder LB because of a love triangle, he did it because he's a psychopath monster who enjoys killing

Could that be why he has been featuring AM? The guy following LB in a vehicle. The guy with flaming tattoos, hint hint. After reading the fiction on the adventures of Itchy, anythings possible.
Omg wouldn't that be something. Pin it on his wingman lol
